I was a bit frustrated over the Christmas period because I thought they had sent out the wrong product which meant I couldn't change my RO water filter and I couldn't get through to anyone. It turns out they had a few people off sick and it was actually me that had mistakenly ordered the wrong filters. They got back to me straight away after New Year and sent out the missing parts free of charge, so I'm really happy with the service. Considering I've been ill myself over Christmas I can't judge them too harshly for being a bit delayed in getting back to me, although it might've been prudent for them to let customers know so they didn't feel in limbo.

I've been using their mushrooms for a while, this is my second purchase. As a mature student with ADHD going through menopause I need all the help I can get 😂. After reading various studies about the benefits of mushrooms I decided to give lions mane a try and stick with it, over recent weeks and months I feel that I'm more able to think clearly and creatively when I take 2tsp a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. I've looked at other brands and decided that this was a reasonably priced option for the high quality fruiting body

I like that they give you plenty of warning when a subscription is coming up, so you have the opportunity to make changes. The website has some teething problems in this respect but their customer service is second to none, they respond quickly and are super helpful. My interaction was with Monaliza today and she was able to sort my subscription issues immediately.

Delivery took a while but the company communicated about the delay before I needed to chase them up so I was assured they were on it. The sleep mask is wonderful. I had tried a different one with a ring around the eyes to protect my eyelashes but I found that being a side sleeper prevented it from staying in place and left lines around my eyes. This one stays put more and blocks out light more effectively, and I feel it's gentler on the delicate skin around my eyes. The pillowcase is also lovely.

I've never had such a quick reply from customer services. I placed my order and realised afterwards that I'd forgotten to use my 15% 'new customer' discount. Hasan asked me for the code and refunded me the difference the next day. I haven't received the product yet so I can't say anything about that yet, I'm going to try the 150 day progress challenge, but if customer service is anything to go by, I can't wait to get started.

I value the information they send in the newsletter about the way the product is sourced and processed. It's pricey but I think it's worth it.

Great scents, good to know they're clean with no nasties, quick delivery. Some are a bit pricey but you only need half.

This is such a quick and easy returns service, never used it before but so much easier than having to queue in the post office, more companies should use it for returns.

Alice is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the range of seeds is great with a wide range of flavours, colours and health benefits. There is a Facebook group with tips and advice for those getting started, and there are also videos. It's simple and enjoyable to do once you're into it but being shown how to best grow the different seeds is really helpful at first.

I've been using 8 hours for about 3 weeks and I think it's helping me fall asleep a bit quicker and stay asleep. I looked at the pricing, good quality supplements can be expensive but the cost for a 6 month subscription works out at £25 a month, which I think is really reasonable - magnesium alone can cost more than that, and although you could go down other rabbit holes about what kind and how much etc etc, bisglycinate is known to be one of the best forms. I was interested to try the combination of ingredients they provide and it seems to work for me.

Affordable but good quality oils, a huge range and good service.

The girls who came to visit were very nice and knowledgeable, fuel bills are confusing and they could calculate the difference in what I'm paying now and what I could be paying. The only issue is they were comparing what I'm paying now with the best deal once the price drop comes in, but my current supplier will also have a price drop which was actually a better rate, so I ended up deciding to stay where I was. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone having to sort it all out.

We recently got an electric car because it was the most affordable option available to us, but we couldn't have a proper charger because we don't have a private drive. It was turning out to be a false economy because public charging is expensive, time consuming and inconvenient but this charger was a great price and, although it takes over 12 hours to fully charge, we can do it at our convenience whenever the car's not in use. It arrived the next day and works really well.

This company has a great ethos, they provide good deals on health foods and offer free membership to those who need it. They've got great customer service and always respond to queries in a friendly way.

A great selection of books available at a fraction of the price, all were in perfectly good condition and it meant I could gift more books! I love this website!
