Great customer service from Monaliza

I like that they give you plenty of warning when a subscription is coming up, so you have the opportunity to make changes. The website has some teething problems in this respect but their customer service is second to none, they respond quickly and are super helpful. My interaction was with Monaliza today and she was able to sort my subscription issues immediately.
