The girls who came to visit were very nice and knowledgeable, fuel bills are confusing and they could calculate the difference in what I'm paying now and what I could be paying. The only issue is they were comparing what I'm paying now with the best deal once the price drop comes in, but my current supplier will also have a price drop which was actually a better rate, so I ended up deciding to stay where I was. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone having to sort it all out.
