I've never had such a quick reply from customer services. I placed my order and realised afterwards that I'd forgotten to use my 15% 'new customer' discount. Hasan asked me for the code and refunded me the difference the next day. I haven't received the product yet so I can't say anything about that yet, I'm going to try the 150 day progress challenge, but if customer service is anything to go by, I can't wait to get started.
