Boosted my immunity!
Since being diagnosed with Chronic Lymphatic Leukeamia, which has caused very low immunity & constant infections, I’ve been in a mission to boost my immunity & protect my health. Ordering the Immunity pack from teenygreenies.co.uk was one of my first steps, as well as wearing ffp3 masks in enclosed public places& using the old covid methods of antibacterial products. So I found a set of shelves to fit on my kitchen windowsill & started raising seedlings & eating them daily. I’m still raising & eating them on salads, in sandwiches, on cooked foods such as omelettes or fish & I’m staying well - much better than the last 3 or 4 years when I kept being ill every month & having masses of antibiotics to get rid of all sorts of infections - which of course causes its own problems which upset stomachs & decreasing good bacteria in the gut! Thank you teenygreenies - you’ve helped to save my life!

Easy to grow and tasty
This purchase is a Christmas gift for 2 friends and I know they'll love it! I still grow my own microgreens from the 3-tin set I bought a few months ago.
