Hull to Rotterdam

Used the Hull to Rotterdam crossing for our summer vacation and have decided we’ll never go into Europe any other way. Clean boat, good food, comfy bed, really easy embark disembark process. Highly recommend.

Great cat food!

Excellent cat food! Our cat cleans his plate every day. You can see that it’s real food that he’s eating with no artificial rubbish added. Nor does it have that processed cat food smell that comes with high street brands. Highly recommend…your cat will thank you!

I’m really sorry. I’ve left the party! You’ve sold out to a nasty international company and that doesn’t fit why I started using you in the first place. I shall find another I’m afraid. Great product too, so it’s a shame.

Rubbish service

Told delivery would be between 8 pm and 9 pm. Delivered around 3 pm whilst I was out. Very expensive item delivered next door with no card through our door. Thank goodness for lovely and honest neighbours. Rubbish service.

Frustrating when using multiple rail cards

It's so frustrating that I can't book the same trip, for multiple people with different rail cards. Consequently we're a family of four travelling on the same train, but in different carriages, because we've got 1 x Family and Friends rail card and 1 x 16-25 rail card. The website should be able to cope with this kind of order surely?

Hi Em, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. The seat reservations are issued by the reservation system of the rail operator in charge of the services based on the availability onboard. Hence, if there are no seats available together for travel companions being booked together, the reservation system will provide the next available option onboard. Seat allocation is beyond Trainline's control as the rail operator issues the seats for travel. Thanks again, Nigel.
