Marine Miracle Crème was a wonderful discovery on a flight to Norway over 12 months ago. Since then I’ve continued to purchase this beautiful moisturising cream and nothing else in my opinion comes anywhere close to this. My skin feels soft and hydrated all day.

Quick and easy to book the trip we wanted.

Avoid at all costs. Whilst it appears from reviews, FB and other customer review sites I received my order, in good condition, working etc. I’ve been scammed into a VIP subscription. Customer service is non existent and all the links suggested by sites to cancel do not work.

I’ve used Secret Escapes for years and it’s always a smooth and easy booking process. In addition to the fabulous holidays.

The check in both in England and Tenerife was smooth and efficient. The hotel was clean, well kept and met our needs. The apartment was spacious and suitable for a family of four.
The 3 pools of different depths were clean and looked pretty at night. There are not enough sunbeds for the number of guests and what was available was packed into the surrounding area around the pool, making it difficult to walk around them when you managed to get one. It was peak season and therefore a sunbed scramble took place early morning.
The food was plentiful and lots of choice although we struggled with two fussy children who lived on chicken nuggets and chips the entire holiday. The entertainment was focused for smaller children nothing to keep teenagers happy during the day or night other than the pool or arcade which you had to pay for. The entertainment at night was poor. A few acts a magician and some dancers were tolerable but nothing we saw in the week we stayed was anything special. We paid to use the spa which was small compact but beautiful and very clean. Sadly we were unable to pay for a later check out because the hotel was full. I felt I could have been informed this when I first enquired (2 days before our departure) but was told to ask again the day before we leave. We paid to use the spa to enable a comfortable area to shower and use the changing facilities before our flight home. Overall a pleasant hotel with average facilities and entertainment. The staff were all polite, helpful and friendly.

Ordered a football to collect at the store in Coventry. Arrived on time and email notification was good. However poor service by staff in store. Request to pump up football and overheard the staff saying tell the customer the pump is broken and we are unable to fill the ball with air we are too busy to do this now.
