I loved my Zone3 Venator-X swim goggles -- no leaks, no fogging, and a comfortable fit during long open-water swims. I experienced a quality issue, which Zone3 was quick and generous in resolving. Great customer service.
Very helpful customer service
Sheena from customer service was incredible kind and helpful. There was a problem with shipping which was completely above Zone3’s control, however they organised for replacements to be sent, and were extremely accommodating.

My whole experience with Zone 3 has been impeccable, from start to finish. Sizing on their products is accurate and also customer liaison was professional, swift and felt I was important. Got a few products of theirs now and love everyone of them for quality, fit and look.
Quick response
One of the four products I ordered arrived defective. Adam’s response was fast, and provided resolution to the issue in about a day. Not only was this very quick response to an issue, but Adam’s reply displayed insight into my order and what the best solution would be for me. Very individualized customer service.

I have dealt with a staff member called Adam who has been incredibly helpful, with confirmation of the damage to my wetsuit hes confirmed its covered by warranty and has sorted out a replacement which is already on its way.
I have absolutely loved my vanquish x wetsuit so whilst I was disheartened, I am extremely happy with this result.
Phenomenal
My new Aspire wetsuit more than delivered in terms of specifications. Top priority was ease of getting it off. I could not believe how smoothly I could do this. Next priority warmth. It was like a second skin and just right in terms of temperature.
I am the opposite end to a triathlete. This wetsuit is a replacement to my 15 year old Zone 3 Aspire wetsuit. I thought it might be too fancy for me but it's just hugely increased by enjoyment of cold water swimming and as importantly, maintaining a good body temperature during and after the swim.
Adam's customer service was targeted to me. It was timely, helpful and reassuring. The website comparisons of wetsuit and the sizing chart was also spot on.Bliss!
Excellent customer service and smooth warranty process
I recently had some issues with my Zone3 Heat-Tech gloves and socks after 6 months of regular use. The seams started to unravel, which was disappointing given the initial quality feel of the products.
However, the warranty process was outstanding. I contacted their support and was assisted by Adam, who was professional, fast, and very helpful. After reviewing my case and photos, they confirmed the warranty claim and sent out replacements immediately.
While the product durability could be improved, I am very impressed with how Zone3 stands behind their products and takes care of their customers. Five stars for the service!

Zone 3 heat gloves - avoid
I bought the zone 3 heat gloves to replace the ones I had used for 2 years. What a disappointment. When they arrived they were stuck together in the bag. I have used them 3 times for a very short time in the sea and my hands are freezing. When I contacted Customer Services their conclusion was that they were probably too big! Although they are a snug fit. A waste of money as not fit for purpose.

Swift response to product query resulting in great final purchase
I emailed about a product comparison and received a really swift and helpful response explaining the differences, and answering my size questions. I purchased NEOPRENE HEAT-TECH WARMTH SWIM SOCKS and they have proven great in the West Wales sea over new year!
Me siento estafado
Mi experiencia con Zone3 ha sido completamente decepcionante y, sinceramente, me siento estafado.
Realicé un pedido por un importe aproximado de 700€. Al recibirlo, comprobé que faltaban varios productos, cuyo valor total asciende a 210€. Tras contactar con atención al cliente y mantener conversaciones durante varios días, no solo no resolvieron el problema, sino que la solución que me ofrecieron fue totalmente inaceptable.
La única “alternativa” que me propusieron fue enviarme dos productos de los faltantes (valorados en unos 40€), a cambio de dar el pedido por correcto y cerrado, asumiendo yo la pérdida económica. Si, por el contrario, decidía devolver el resto del pedido, no me devolvían nada del dinero, lo cual me parece una práctica abusiva.
En la práctica, la situación es la siguiente:
- O aceptas perder 210€ y te “compensan” con productos de mucho menor valor.
- O devuelves el pedido y no recuperas nada.
Esto no es una solución, es una forma de presión y extorsión, ya que el problema solo “se resuelve” si acepto pagar por un error que no he cometido.
Después de gastar una cantidad elevada de dinero y actuar de buena fe, esperaba un mínimo de profesionalidad y responsabilidad. En lugar de eso, me he encontrado con falta de soluciones reales, cero protección al cliente y una gestión muy poco ética.
Además, después de esta experiencia, he leído reseñas de otros usuarios y veo que no es la primera vez que el servicio de atención al cliente posventa es deficiente, algo que sinceramente debería haber tenido en cuenta antes de comprar. Confiaba en la marca y en su reputación, y no esperaba en absoluto un trato así por parte de una marca como Zone3.
No recomiendo comprar en esta tienda online. Si surge cualquier incidencia, el cliente queda totalmente desprotegido. En mi caso, he perdido 210€ sin recibir los productos correspondientes y sin una solución justa.

Warranty Claim - Excellent Service
A couple of unexpected tears in the groin area of my lightly used Zone3 buoyancy shorts led me to the Zone3 warranty folks. After a couple quick email exchanges, one showing a photo of the tears, my replacement order was on the way! Their customer service, in my experience, was fast, no fluff, and painless. When you pay $99 for a product, you expect greatness all around. Despite the fabric snafu, greatness was achieved here. Thanks Zone3!

Lamentable experiencia
Cuando todo va bien, es fácil ser una buena marca. Cuando hay un problema con el material, lo que realmente pesa es descubrir que el servicio es lamentable. Espero no tener que necesitarlo nunca más. Yo, al menos, no volvería a comprar.

I have been a loyal Zone3 customer for…
I have been a loyal Zone3 customer for nearly a decade using their Activate trisuits but I have to say that I have been recently disappointed. The Lycra in my last two suits has failed very quickly (1-2 months) leaving me with that “swimming in a sleeping bag” feel. My personal view is that the fabric is now not as robust as before. Customer service give the strong impression that their swim kit is not designed for regular daily swimming. My bad. Oh well…off to Speedo after nearly a decade with a UK company.
