Great Customer Service
I ordered 2 sweatshirts instead of 1 by mistake and emailed Kitlocker once I realized what I had done.
I received a lovely email from Becky telling me she had fixed the problem and had issued a refund.

Marsell the goat
Used Marsell to order some kits for our youth team, I spoke and dealt with many suppliers but he stood out by far from a communication perspective, price and quality. Gave me the best deals, and best advice and no question was too much for him. Done a really good job which should be recognised.
We ran into a problem, but he called me straight away with a solution better than the original plan, top bloke!

Abysmal stuff
Placed an order for two items on the 10th March with both items in stock. Turns out one of the items was out of stock. Didn’t receive an update on my order being dispatched, so contacted. Told they were waiting for stock to arrive on the 23rd March - this then got pushed to the 27th March. Ignored a couple of emails after that & only received an update on the 3rd April to say ‘a batch of delayed items have now arrived’. Have since received my order, yet it contains one of the items I ordered, not both. You’ve had my money for a month, and proceed to send me one out of the two items, a month later - cheers lads

Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting your items to you.
We have unfortunately, been faced with significant delays from the manufacturer for some items, which in turn, means that the order will be held back, unless manually split, whilst we wait for everything to be ready to ship.
We know this does not excuse the delay, but hope it provides some context as to why it has taken so long.
It does look as though one of two items was shipped, with the last item having been refunded at your request late last week. The funds will clear back into your account this week.

I ordered two items from kitlocker over 4 weeks ago and I’ve still not received my items. I have messaged and had no reply.
Check before you purchase as I’m currently over £90 out of pocket and still no items.

It looks as though your order contains a couple of items which have a longer leadtime on them, which means your order will be shipped a lot later than the usual 2-3 working days after placement.

Item NOT delivered yet…
I ordered an item in March and paid extra for quick delivery.But its now Easter and still nothing and I can't get hold of anyone at kitlocker. I should have read the reports on here first about a substantial amount of poor delivery. Should kitlocker bother to read these reviews then my order number is 9347507 n.b I wanted to order 2 of the item but without an explanation it wouldnt let me - good job as it sounds !

Unfortunately, our operational facility faced issues with the local power grid and internet cables, which had significantly dampened our efficiency in shipping orders out. We had applied a backup, but this does not operate as efficiently, which is why your order was significantly delayed.
I can, however, see, that your order was dispatched yesterday, so you should have received a confirmation email regarding this with the tracking link available to open.
I have processed a refund for your postage fee, so please allow 3-5 working days for this to clear back into your account.
