Good quality designer clothing purchased with discount. Easy to order and reasonably quick delivery. Shame you had to spend £70 to get free delivery but understandable in today's climate. My grandson will be very pleased with his Nike items.

Had to return the items, whoever delived then decided to just leave them not even close to my front door on my front lawn and foxes got the package. Returned the product and expect a refund. Poor from the delivery company. No Red note to say they were outside no email nothing

Just a quick note to confirm that we have received your order back but, despite the packaging being intact, the contents were soaking wet with a strong smell. As they are not resaleable, we can't refund them, I'm afraid so if you would like us to reship them to you, please let me know. Thank you.

Very Disappointing Service – Unacceptable Delays

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Kitlocker.

I ordered my son's swimming kit and was told that it would be dispatched by 22 October. However, the deadline passed and the order still had not been dispatched.

After contacting customer service, I was told that the production team was running behind schedule and that I would have to wait another 5–7 working days just for the order to be dispatched.

This is simply not acceptable. My son urgently needs his kit for his swimming commitments, and I should not have to chase a company for an order that was supposed to have been sent already.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the response offers another estimated timeframe rather than a firm dispatch date. Customers should be able to rely on the delivery information they are given.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect Kitlocker to take responsibility, prioritise my order, and dispatch it this week as requested.

Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the service. I hope Kitlocker improves its production planning, communication, and customer service so that other customers do not have to deal with the same frustration.

Delivered promptly and hassle-free process

We bought football shorts for our son but the first pairs weren't long enough so we had to return them and reorder a different brand. Purchase and returns processes were straightforward. Range of products and pricing is very good. Will use again.

4 weeks and still waiting for my order…same every time - wish my club would use a different supplier.
