Purchase and returns processes good
We bought football shorts for our son but the first pairs weren't long enough so we had to return them and reorder a different brand. Purchase and returns processes were straightforward. Range of products and pricing is very good. Will use again.

Still waiting for my order to arrive?
I ordered on the 19th September, over 4 weeks ago.
I emailed them twice to ask when it would be ready and they lied and said the order would be despatched in 2-4 working days on both emails.
Shocking! If they were honest on the website when I ordered initially I wouldn’t have bought from this company, but it said delivery in 10 days it’s now been 32 days and no dispatch email.
Will be raising a PayPal case to initiate a refund.

Order to delivery timeframe was shocking. Over 3 weeks. No Communication at all, phone lines only available 10-1! Email response poor.
Finally got through to someone and their response was, it’s our busiest time of the year….
I’m still awaiting another order, once this arrives, I won’t be using this company again.

I'm really disappointed
I'm really disappointed, after the initial error with the delivery being put back to late November, the order turned up on time, however one out of the three items i ordered is incorrect, I ordered from this company as the delivery date was before November, will i even get the correct sweatshirt before November now, with the long lead times?
UPDATE* I've been promised the correct item is being sent first class, and they have given me a returns label for the incorrect garment. They at least resolved the issue quickly, hopefully the correct item will arrive this week.
I've improved my score off the back of their service.
