I had a significant delivery delay with…
I had a significant delivery delay with no communication. They have a hopeless customer service chat bot with no 'real person' option. They've closed their phone line. Clearly they're a well meaning company but overwhelmed - and don't have time or the ability to communicate. It's a shame. I still don't have my order but it's finally on the way. I can only hope there are no issues - or I imagine it'll be a painful experience putting it right.

Still waiting 6 weeks after order!
I would love to know what all the people saying Fast Delivery did to get their order!
I ordered some club kit on 7th Sept 2026 which showed on the website with delivery in 3-4 weeks (and is still showing this on the website).
When I called last week to say I needed it by 17th Oct I was told it would be sent out this week and my postage was upgraded to next day delivery. Having received no further communication I tried to call to find the phone lines are temporarily suspended, I have now received a message to say that the information I received last week was inaccurate and it would be sent out in 7-10 working days - so 7-8 weeks from order.
How is this acceptable when other people are obviously getting their orders dealt with quickly from the other comments on here!!

24hr postage takes 2 days
Paid extra for 24hr postage that took 2 days to come, complained and was told well we sent an email saying it would take longer.....email went to spam didn't see it, doesn't tell you they don't post the same day when you're paying

We usually don't dispatch same-day, unless the order is placed with the DPD Next working day dispatch service, as the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service does not guarantee 24-hour delivery. When you select your shipping option, it will show you when you should expect the delivery to be with you.

Poor service
Poor service, and don't take responsibility. Advertising 7-10 days yet when it's longer can't say when the items will be delivered! And the website still states that time frame!
If I could shop elsewhere I would, hut as it's for a team kit I have no choice to shop elsewhere.
