Will nit take responsibility for awful custom badge placement dispite 1 out of 3 jerseys being correct as per there website
They have just lost a regular customer!
First problem few weeks ago with a shirt had dirty marks and some thread loose was told to wash it and cut the threading off if it didn't come out they would accept a return luckily it came out so kept.
Now the big issue.
On there website they have brand milan style tops the red and black stripe and rhe blue and black stripe Adidas, jota, Nike etc.
I looked at teams they have done shirts for and badges are all directly on the stripe so was okay cool I'll order 3 custom 1 of each and a black amd grey.
The black and grey was fine the badge was on the stripe the other two different t half and half and looks awful very wrong!
Raised this with them there production team said the black amd grey was incorrect and sent out a half and half one which I did not want or request.
I sent pictures of multiple teams they do shirts for on the same designs I ordered with badge on the stripe only to be told No the management have made final decision.
Beyond poor and not a good business. I've reached out ro one of the owners on Linked in to explain the poor situation with her business. Also I have a public platform as The UKs most tattooed man to promote companies that are good.
This company will be coming up at events in a very negative way especially in Football/ Soccer circles.
I now need to contact my bank credit card with evidence to do a part charge back for 2 tops that look ridiculous
Fina a company you can trust and avoid!

Good experience.
For the most part, the customer support and all was great. My one complaint would be that if you place an order, the stock should be reserved. I paid by invoice and because of the delay in payment, the amount in stock had changed and therefore my original order was unable to be completed.

Exactly as expected
I ordered a bag of 10 balls for the kids football group. The balls came quickly, they were appropriately packaged, and they were exactly as expected.
