The orders are despatched promptly. Youngsters enjoy wearing the logo kits the company retails, providing parents and grandparents, like us, with great value for money. Thank you, Una Stevens

Great quality of bibs, in a super choice of colours. Ordered two different sets to use at hockey as they are such good value compared to other sites. Easy to order (second time of using this website)... Se mer

As usual the service is excellent goods arrive within a few days and are of excellent quality and value for money. This is a disadvantage for me because I spend too much. Thank you.

Direct Soccer has been supplying football teams since 1997. We stock teamwear, training wear and equipment from top brands like Nike, adidas, Joma and more. All products include at least 25% off RRP as standard, plus regular offers on selected kits, training ranges, footballs and more throughout the year. In addition to supplying teams with high-quality kits, we offer an in-house printing and embroidery service, meaning you can get the best kit, at the best price, with your club badge, sponsor logos and more already added. Most products on our website are held in stock ourselves, giving us some of the fastest delivery times in the UK: customised kit in as little as 7 to 10 working days, non-customised items in 1 to 3, with estimated dates shown at checkout. We also run a fantastic loyalty program, Direct Rewards, where every purchase earns you money back in online vouchers. This has allowed us to give back over £1 million so far, to grassroots clubs and teams across the UK. This program is available to anyone, find out more information here: https://www.directsoccer.co.uk/direct-rewards Another way we support grassroots clubs is through our Club Shops. With no setup or ongoing fees, we provide a simple way for clubs to provide kit to players, coaches, parents and fans, with customisation already built in, taking the hassle out of organising kit for your club. That's not good enough.

Thanks for your review, and sorry to hear the wait felt too long.
Your estimated delivery date at checkout was 14/10-19/10, and your order was delivered on 13/10, ahead of that window. We always provide an estimated delivery date at the basket so customers know what to expect before ordering. For any future orders, we’d always encourage checking the estimated delivery date at the basket before checkout.
Thanks,
Lewis

Thanks for your review, and sorry that this order didn’t work out as you hoped.
We don’t take orders on site, so all orders need to be placed by the customer through our website. We’ve been in touch with you by email to explain this, and to let you know that the incorrect size can be returned for a refund, after which a new order can be placed for the correct size.
If you have any questions, please email our Customer Experience Team at help@directsoccer.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help.

Bought 3 tops as we needed extra for our squad. These looked a good match. Unfortunately the colour was nowhere near close that advertised on the website. This is really basic stuff that no respectable company should be getting wrong in this day and age. No point in arranging a return due to time, hassle, delivery costs etc. very disappointing. Will advise my club to avoid using them in future

The order arrived a week late
The order arrived a week late. The estimated delivery date was 24th September to 1st October, and the order arrived on the 8th. This meant we couldn't use the jerseys on our first match of the season, which was very annoying, especially since I made the order on September 10th to make sure we would have it for the first game of the season
