Horrible customer service
I have ordered three separate time from the shop and was very satisfied with their quality and overall experience. However, with my most recent order, I encountered a small manufacturing defect, which led me to contact customer support. Unfortunately, my experience with support was disappointing - conversations were abruptly ended, and I was simply directed to fill out an online form without any further assistance or guidance.

Very pleased with the Xtract bib tights, they're an excellent "spring" weight for this period when it is still cool with a fair bit of windchill, but doesn't require the real heavyweight winter ones.

Endura gear works great and lasts.
Endura cycling clothes are very well designed for life on the bike. They are not overly expensive but are very good quality. I have a pair of single track trousers worn regularly for about 20years and they are still going strong I wear them not just for cycling but as walking trousers and workwear too.
I’m looking forward to getting full use of my new Humvee shorts, shoes, cycling boxers, t-shirts and jacket.

DPD delivered! Thank you for not using Evri!
Firstly, Thank god, a company that didn't use Evri to deliver my parcel! It areives by DPD, on time and to my hands at my front door. Perfection!
