Excellent Customer Service

Bought a pair of walking boots from this store. I was attended to by David. The service I received was first class. Undecided as to which of three pairs I should purchase he give me all the information I needed about each pair and their suitability for my needs.
Customer service is so important and David certainly delivered.

Assistant went out of her way to help me

I needed to buy thermals and assistant said that she would need to go to store room to get them. It was only after she came back that I realised that she was for to go home and had stayed up help me. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you Isla.

Items delivered quickly

Items delivered quickly and no complaints with products ordered. Only thing I couldnt understand is why the order was sent out in different packages surely it would be easier to just send as one.

Great service from Joe, he knew all about the different walking boots and quickly helped me select a pair that was right for me. His knowledge on each boot was excellent, really made it easy to get the right pair

Superb

Upon my arrival into the store I was welcomed with a hello from Callum. I was then offered help with finding the items that I was looking by Robert. He offered me to try on the clothes in store ensure that the items I picked were the correct size and also stated the return policy if I needed to change anything, which make me feel valued as a customer. The store appeared clean and tidy.

Everything in stock, friendly staff what else could you want

Went into store for hiking boots and a 5’6” cooler rug. Both items were in stock and the checkout operator, Helen, was friendly and efficient. No hold ups, quick and easy process from start to finish

Maxine went above and beyond in her helpfulness. I shop there regularly and always deal with supportive staff. It's important to go into a store in order to actually see all the stock available. It's amuch better getting a personal experience than buying online.

Ordered online, Jacket arrived in a waterproof packet. My wife is very happy with her new Peter Storm jacket. Colour was the same as listed online. Easy to order. 5 stars.

I went into go outdoors looking for a bike lock

I went into go outdoors looking for a bike lock for my motorbike. I asked a member of staff where they are located. A young chap called ciaran helped me locate them, and then proceeded to give me advice on what would be best for me. i dont normally leave reviews but ciaran was splendid to chat too and I think his kindness should not go unnoticed
