I like the layout and range of products…
I like the layout and range of products in the Go Outdoors stores. They are so dog-friendly they even provide free doggy treats. The staff are always helpful and polite. And having a membership card provides good discounts!
The company seems to get everything right.

Staff rude and disrespectful
Staff rude and disrespectful . First of all no one present in cycling shopping area to assist. Floor staff asked to assist young lady who spent time talking in walkie talkie, not to customer. Same person when asked to find price of item as no label on shirt ( hardly the customers fault) was snappy when talking then snatched item and walked away , whole attitude was awful. We tried to resolve at store level but they wanted to review CCTV customers view counts for nothing , staff member unable to apologise as in managers office upset!
Only positive was the young man who served on the checkout treated customers with respect and kindness
Have shopped in that store for years and always found staff lovely prior to today .

Brilliant. Went in to get a a tent and air mattress for a last minute camping trip, Cheryl was amazing at giving us recommendations and advice. Would definitely recommend popping in!
