Great customer service.
The staff that served me, the chap on the boot/shoe section (Sorry, don't know his name but it was Sunday March 22nd at about 14.20) and Cheryl on the till, both offered excellent customer service.
However, I was a bit disappointed that several rails on men's clothing were empty and stock levels on that section seemed pretty low!

Great staff
Great staff, Cheryl manged to point me in the right direction for my Gortex fixing glue. Very friendly staff and they know their stuff. Definitely be back.

Very positive experience
The store is always very well presented. The staff are always extremely helpful. Today I was served by Maddie who was very professional and clearly has customer care at the top of her list.

Excellent staff on checkouts
Cheryl on checkouts was wonderful and so helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed and recommending products to us. Floor staff not as helpful but Cheryl definitely made up for it. The dog biscuits were a bonus too
