Cheryl we did this for you!
We visit the Berwick-upon-Tweed store more than any of the others because of the choice of larger sized clothes in particular but also for all the wonderful staff who have helped us choose a lot of the products we buy with excellent advice and a friendly approach. We were buying boots on this occasion the usual guy was missing but we received just as good help from his assistant. Cheryl is our favourite member of staff... very knowledgeable about the products in the store and always happy to help and advise.

We had no problem exchanging a garment eventhough the date had passed. Cheryl at Berwick branch was once again really friendly and helpful. She is a real asset to the store.

I was in for a new pair of boots
I was in for a new pair of boots, Mark was the gentleman who served me in a friendly and polite way that made the whole experience easy. The staff on the till were the same.I cannot fault the service at Berwick.

A very pleasant visit.
Lee in the footwear dept was very helpful while we were trying to find a new pair of boots for my daughter.
Cheryl was very helpful and cheery while she was serving us at the till.
