Great company, with great customer service
I'm a huge fan of Zone 3 as they sponsor lots of sporting events down here in the south, particularly triathlons by Challenging Events.
I purchased their Advance 2 wetsuit and after 3 years it started tearing under the armpits. Whilst I couldn't send it back, Sam from Zone 3 support wrote me a detailed post explaining why this had happened (I wasn't pulling the arms up properly so the armpit overstretched), and sent me to a specialised company who could fix it. My suit was way out of warranty so customer support didn't have to go out of their way to write such a detail support response and to be so helpful.
Can't recommend Zone 3 enough both for their customer support and for what they do to sponsor local events and athletes.

I had a sizing issue with the Agile women’s wetsuit (I have wide shoulders!). Despite being just outside the returns window and not having used it, Zone3 allowed me to return the wetsuit for a full refund. I was very grateful and will be buying a different wetsuit from them.

Ho acquisttao un prodotto difettoso da Depor VIllage di marchio Zone3 , ho scritto parecchie volte per segnalare il primo e secondo difetto sia a Zone 3 che DeporVillage quale rivenditore.Stante il fatto che Zone3 nell' ultima email chiariva che ci sono ulteriori 2 anni di garanzia e che quindi bisognava aprire la possobilita' di cheidere on line la garanzia, ma cio' non è successo. Nonostante nell' ultima mia email del mese scorso, ero stato chiaro, nel comunicare cheentrambi dovevano chiarire i loro rapporti commerciali e procedera ad una soluzione reale, senza le solito belle scuse e parole.
Veramente una delusione.

Very good customer service. Zipper broken on our transition bag. They send a new to replace upon informing them of the broken zipper. Very quick to reply.
Otherwise my partner is very happy with the bag and it functions very well.

Reached out to ZONE3 Trust pilot Customer Service and with the AMAZING support from ADAM his swifty responses and finding out the solutions/ system issues THANKS to him l am able to finally purchase my Decent Wetsuit #happyswimming.

I asked for an exchange for a damaged item, it was approved immediately and the replacement item arrived next day. Super customer service, thank you.
Do not trust next day delivery
Rubbish delivery speed.
Pay for next day delivery and a week later the wetsuit hasn’t arrived.
I’ve had 2 emails ignored and then were told that when asking again when my delivery is due, that they can’t help anymore as it’s not there problem.
What a nightmare!
Race is this weekend.
I needed the wetsuit by Tuesday to do an open water swim.
Now I have to do one Saturday which is race day -1 which is not good enough.
And I don’t even think it will arrive before the weekend as things are looking currently.
I needed this item ASAP, payed the extra money, and then turns out Zone 3 hasn’t even sent the item to Evri until after it was due to be delivered!

The products were a gift for a friend, so can't comment in depth, but he seems happy with them.
The company itself is reliable - everything about the order went smoothly, and everything arrived on time with appropriate updates.
Would recommend going straight to their website if they have what you need.

Brilliant customer service
I initially contacted customer services to help with wetsuit sizing. Sheena was extremely helpful and I placed an order. Unfortunately the order went astray, not a Zone 3 problem, and again Sheena was able to resolve quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Had the Aspire wetsuit which is amazing! Fits so well and is so comfortable. Unfortunately it had a tear after only a few uses on the seam at the collar. Got in touch with zone 3 and they sent me a new one out straight away and didn’t ask for the faulty suit to be returned! Very impressed and they now have a life long customer.

Very good customer service. Delivery to Jersey is always a bit manic with the GST. Very refreshing to see that they took their time to find out the reason why Jersey Customs held off delivery - admitted to having chosen the incorrect shipping service, provided options to remediate and actioned the refund. Fast and effective response
My Evri delivery was more than a day late. I emailed Zone3 and they responded straight away. Everything sorted out at speed.

I did not receive my goggles, but the service from Zone 3 for follow up with their delivery company and response to me was prompt, professional and helpful. I will certainly buy from Zone 3 again, and they will sort out this delivery issue - that I am sure of.

Evri lost my very first order. When I contacted Zone3 Sheena in customer service responded very quickly & rectified the issue. The service was excellent & efficient from Zone3. Perhaps a new courier service would help!
