Had made a blunder in terms of the size I ordered for some Neoprene gloves. Managed to email customer services and I had the pleasure of having Adam resolve my query to which he did in a speedy manner and diligently.

Excellent customer service. I had ordered an item that I was having some issues with and the customer service team were so helpful. I received quick responses with great advice and suggestions. Arranging re-delivery
When our order was returned to the DPD depot, and subsequently stuck there for 3 days, Sam responded to our issues quickly, politely and thoroughly. He ensured that a second parcel was sent out on time, and tracked it, keeping us informed of its progress and getting in touch with us multiple times either by phone or email.
Our Zone3 kit has now arrived and looks and feels great - we are looking forward to our trip with our new gear. Thanks Sam, can't fault the customer service at all!

Perfect support
I bought a wetsuit for my partner which arrived within 3 days.
The product was in perfect condition but didn‘t fit so i started the return process.
Due to an issue with DHL i had to get in contact with Zone3 customer support.
Everything was handled fast, helpful and very friendly.
I can honestly say that this was one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had with a company, and that’s why I will definitely shop at Zones3 again.

I just wanted to contact Zone 3 regarding an order I have placed, following an email to customer service, I received a reply almost by return, in this day and age almost un-heard of, but most welcome, my query was answered.

Spotless customer service
I can't fault their service. From the moment I'd hired the wetsuit, through to getting in exchanged due to needing a larger size, and then returning it, their customer service has been spotless. Friendly, acknowledgeable and quick in responding. A shout out to Adam who has been a star!

First-rate products and product support
Purchased a Zone3 Wetsuit last year that worked out great to swim both free and breaststroke. This year, circled back for gloves, a vest, and swim socks...ordered one size too small on two items and could not be more pleased with customer support to help with exchange... Rep (Adam) was super timely, helpful, and professional. Will be back for more kit next year.

Great service
Great service, timely delivery, excellent product (Vanquish wetsuit). In addition, I ordered a race belt that arrived with a damaged clasp. They wanted me to send it back which would have cost more for more for shipping than the belt itself. When I told Kelsie this she immediately expedited the delivery of a new belt without the need to send the damaged one back. This is what I call exceptional customer service. For this reason, I will recommend Zone 3 going forward.

Adam went above and beyond to help when I had a returns issue. Very impressed with this company and would feel very confident and comfortable ordering from them again

delivery problems
ordered some training fins, offered DPD and delivery to a pick up point. Thought this was likely to be more reliable than to my home. Local pick up is the post office. Then found it was sent by evri which does have a local drop off ( nearest evri is 7-8 miles away).Evri tired to deliver to wrong address anyway then said parcel lost. So I arranged a refund which was fine. Zone3 also admitted their error.3 weeks after ordering I get text from evri saying delivered.! I rang post office , as I am a a retired local GP in a small town they recognised my name and having rung them from Spain they agreed to keep the parcel till I was back. I have now returned it to Zone3. Main problem was I wasted maybe 2 hours of my time for nothing and never got to use my fins in training for swim serpentine. It is frustrating that you cannot ring anyone at either Evri or Zone3 and the replies to emails are erratic especially with Evri.
Just feel a bit let down

I somehow ordered the wrong size !
I accidentally ordered the wrong size wetsuit and needed it urgently for the very next day. When I called, Kelsie, one of your customer service agents, absolutely saved me. Even though the replacement showed as out of stock, she managed my return straight away, raised the new order as soon as she had proof of postage for the original, and arranged next-day delivery. Thanks to her, I made my night swim. Incredible service!
