It’s been months after having reached out to be unable to login to my account but no help at all from wpa.

It’s meant to be a company insurance and they don’t care to help at all.

They should be ashamed of themselves. At least when you say reach out so we can help, actually do it. Instead you ignore emails or reply to my account which I can’t login to! Every time I phone the staff they are completely stuck for words and utterly useless. No one ever gets back to me and it’s been 3 months.

Straightforward. Quick and easy and prompt payment.

Awful. Need cataract surgery on both eyes. WPA as per my plan would only pay for one eye ! Waiting on nhs to do the other. My company are paying my wages to be sat at home when could have been done in six weeks. Rang up and asked why a just got sent an email of my plan.
The emails were even more ridiculous as I explained on the phone. I COULD NOT AEE TO READ THEM !! Still can’t. Then rejected my claim for post op prescription for no reason. Paid into this scheme for years as has my employer. Eye tests and dental check ups ? Fine. Any real problems they don’t want to pay

Most grateful for the care and expertise of the Clinical Manager who was helping me with my claim. I was experiencing difficulties with the organisation that was handling the procedure I was to undergo , but she persisted in tying up all the details and everything finally went to plan. It wouldn’t have been satisfactorily sorted without her positive intervention.

I have been with WPA since 2009 and genuinely think they are one of the best companies I have ever interacted with. The service they provide is exceptional, the pricing is reasonable and the people I deal with are absolutely brilliant.

As just one example, I recently sent an email to Amanda Wood, a WPA Healthcare Partner, and she called me less than five minutes later. This is typical of the level of service I have experienced consistently over the past 17 years.

Really efficient all round

Got health care as I thought it would be good protection for my family and seemed really straightforward when the rep told me about all the services and perks available.

Soon found out it's nightmare trying to book anything, even the most basics services like physiotherapy which were included in my plan require constant back and forths and gp referrals to get the ball moving.

All this makes it too stressful to even bother which I think is the plan so you don't claim for anything.

Would not recommend.

Richard and Sue Pinker at Innstone Health were so professional from start to finish- Sue went through everything on a call so I was fully sighted on the policy we were taking and also spoke to my family who are under the policy. I asked about 100 questions which Sue very patiently answered and could not have been more helpful. The information provided was comprehensive and allowed me to make an informed decision and move from my current provider. I also really liked the idea of the cash benefits scheme which previously I would have had to take separately. Good value and excellent service.

We have been looked after by WPA for 10 years or more. We have our own account manager (Jane) who is very helpful with advice about the policy and any renewal information we may want to discuss.
In addition any claims are easily managed either via the app or calling WPA direct. Administration and payment is always quick and efficient.
