We have been looked after by WPA for 10 years or more. We have our own account manager (Jane) who is very helpful with advice about the policy and any renewal information we may want to discuss.
In addition any claims are easily managed either via the app or calling WPA direct. Administration and payment is always quick and efficient.

Strongly recommend. No issues at all.

Katie was very helpful and understanding. She gave us some great options as an alternative to the cover which were more manageable

Its nice to speak with real people who can advise and point in the right direction when navigating their website. Advise on which is the best policy for me and my wife and what action can be taken to get effective cover at the best price.

Can’t book appointment to my son on that app.

They ask for email and telephone number for him, but the app doesn’t allow you to fill that!

And really? His telephone number and email are my own ones, of course!

I’m blocked from using my paid health insurance, for a kid!!!

Fix this ASAP!

EDIT: They fixed the details of my son, but only when they called me, there's no way to do that via app or website. Which means, the bug persists. They also don't allow a parent that is not the main account holder to book appointments to their children, so you need to share username/password, which is very bad.

The people that I have spoken have been really helpful. Making it an easy process for someone who has never used this service previously

Would highly recommend. I've contacted WPA several times this year for a variety of queries and every experience has been excellent. The customer service team is consistently helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Today I spoke to Ruth who was both friendly and efficient and helped me to set up a super quick appointment with a consultant on Thursday. It's refreshing to receive consistent high levels of customer service. Thank you, Ruth, and the WPA team.

Once on line, Bel responded as hoped and expected on the discussion/cover.

Ashleigh was very courteous and helpful.
After enquiring about all the information that was needed, she presented it, and very soon replied confirming that my proposed consultation and treatment should be covered. She then explained the next steps needed.

My experience speaking with Philippa was very good. She was kind and reassuring, and very effective in getting my case moved on. I was so pleased and relieved I called. I have not always found WPA easy to navigate and I have renewed confidence after Philippa's help.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Good modular options. Shared responsibility avoids not claiming due to excess with other insurers. Only gripe is that cash benefits for optical and dental under extra outpatient options have not increased for years despite premium increases.

I am currently in hospital for my 11th day, having been ill for 4 weeks. Due to NHS pressures and processes, I am waiting indefinitely for tests and procedures and no real improvements in symptoms.
I contacted WPA for the first time today and was helped immensely by Becky, who was empathetic, helpful, clear and prompt with her advice and information and made sure I had received the information I needed before coming off the call. What a brilliant service for someone in desperate need of help!
