Clear and concise explanation about various policies which increases confidence.
Expectations was met.

I received a telephone following making initial enquiries online. I spoke to Avnish, a very pleasant young man who answered all of my questions clearly and calmly with no pressure to move through the buying stage whatsoever. He just seemed happy to make sure I had all the answers I needed. He agreed there was a lot to think about and said he would ring me back a good few days later when I’d had time to do further research if I needed to and speak to family members and friends who also have health insurance. I received a further call on the agreed day asked a few more questions, got a further quote for husband, still with no pressure whatsoever to buy, and decided on going ahead with buying the policies as I was happy I’d got the comprehensive policy I wanted at a competitive price! Pleasant buying experience. Would happily recommend Usay Compere to anyone considering private health insurance.
