Paid for express delivery 16 days before needed. 17 days later, multiple un-answered emails, 4 phone calls with promises that have not been met - still no product and no proof they are coming / delivery date.
Missed the exhibition we needed them for - been refused a refund.
I had a few problems with the delivery and quality of my first order but Hayley has worked hard to rectify the problems. The site is quite easy to navigate the sizes were accurate and I am satisfied so far
Update : Everything now resolved, replacement parts are exactly what we were expecting and we're dispatched much faster than expected.
Kind call from Natasha after replacement parts had arrived, checking on quality.
Good resolution, happy to work with woodsheets again.

Ordered 6 identical items, waited 3 weeks (fair enough, custom design).
Parts arrived, 3 well made of the material I expected, straight square edges, minimal tearout.
3 made of a different material altogether, no explanation for this. An entire 8x4 sheet of Marine Ply costs about 1/3 the order value (if bought retail), so I don't see any reason for this.
One part has edges that are neither straight nor square, looks like it was done by hand by an amateur with no straight edge to hand. Tearout on every edge also.
I have complained and provided detailed photos of the problems with the order. There was a confirmation of receiving my email, since then, silence...
Don't try to contact Chris, mentioned in the comments here, no reply to messages there either.

I ordered a piece of MDF cut to size with a curved edge at the bottom left hand corner.
The order sat there for more than a week before it was processed. It arrived approximately two weeks later.
I opened the package and was extremely disappointed to see what was sent.
The MDF was supposed to be in a matte pure white colour but the colour was extremely patchy as if it had been poorly painted.
There was a small chip on the right hand side of the board and to top it all off the position of the curve was cut on the opposite position of where I asked it to be.
I've contacted Customer Services but have yet to hear back from them. If I don't receive a response I will be left no choice but to file a dispute and claim my money back.
Extremely poor service from start to end. Stay away!

I want to express my significant disappointment with the service I've received regarding a recent order. On July 31st, I placed an order for a simple 100 x 40 white board with black banding. I did not select express shipping, as I was content with a delivery timeframe of a few weeks.
After a few weeks had passed without an update, I reached out to your customer support team. I received a prompt email from Hayley, who assured me she would escalate the order with the team. However, a week later, when I followed up via email, I received no response. After waiting a couple more days with no communication, I opened a new support ticket.
The reply to the second ticket arrived within 24 hours, but it was a copy-and-paste of the original message I had received. I replied to this email yesterday, but as of today, I have yet to receive any further communication or an update on my order's status.
I have made multiple good-faith efforts to resolve this issue directly with your company. If I do not receive an immediate response and a clear update on my order, I will be forced to file a dispute with my card provider for failure to supply goods as per the purchase agreement.
Terrible service. I've placed an order on 18th of August and payed extra for express 3 day delivery. My order arrived at 5th of September after 2 emails and 1 phone calls. Half of the stuff are missing, the sheets are stained with red paint and most of them are wrong size, so now i have to cut them at home. I also requested the extra delivery fee refunded, I've got no answer to that email. Worst £470 spent in my whole life.

I ordered a sheet of hard wood for a home project, it’s very good quality and was cut to size which took the worry out of sawing it at home and getting it right. I ordered the wrong size online and customer service was very helpful.
I had a few problems with my order as you may seen in earlier reviews. I now have to say that Woodsheets.com have been in contact with me and fixed the problems i was having extremely quickly. Not only has my order been delivered in it's entirety but a gentleman called Chris from Woodsheets.com has been in touch. He has, within 24 hours arranged for a large refund of my costs and is now looking into what happened with my order with a view to fixing what went wrong. I can only say that this has given me a change of mind about Woodsheets.com a supplier of various different sheets of wood which when delivered, are a great product. I can now recommend this supplier to you all. I will be ordering from them again now!
Placed order on 29th August for cut MDF. Paid extra for express delivery - should have arrived next working day or latest one day after that. Phoned three times to chase - each time told they were chasing the workshop and were at the mercy of the workshop. Finally received dispatch notice late in the day on 2nd September. Delivery now likely to happen 5 working days after order. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT REQUIREMENT.
Placed an order 9th August, for five custom pieces of custom cut MDF. Chased twice after placing query with their support desk with a response saying an urgent notice has been placed with their production dept. Still no indication on when it will be delivered.
Absolute shocking service.

I have ordered 3 small pieces of MDF. All arrived in bad condition. They didn’t even bother checking the saw chips at the edges. All items should have had edge banding. However, they didn’t even bother for this as well. No edge band on any items. One of the items has been cut wrong size. Then, they sent a replacement order which arrived after 2-3 weeks. This time, they were cut to correct size but the packaging was horrible and all corners were dented and cracked.

No communication and no order received. Having sent emails, completed online query form, tried phoning and having left message I have no update on my order. The order was placed at the beginning of August - all I have been trying to establish is where my order is. Very poor customer service, communication and would not rush to use again at this point.

I wish I can give a zero .. this company is a scam ! Please members of the public do not ever patronise this company except if you want to lose your hard earned money.
I place an order on 17th of August and choose the express delivery as I am in dear need of it.. piad £21.99 for that and up till now the item has not arrived , I called severally and the lady I spoke with keep on giving me false promises I will receive a tracking number . Each time she says oh Frank love am going to the production unit to chase it for you..I don’t need that pleasantry I need my refund ! Simple as that if you can’t deliver your promise!
This company is not only refused to deliver my item I bought for but also sat on my money and won’t give me a refund .
The purpose for which I paid the express delivery is gone pass. I will legally fight this company to get my refund as they have caused me severe mental stress!
Please beware of this scammers! .

Customer service is terrible, been waiting for 3 weeks for a response and i have chased up multiple times. I ordered some marine plywood, was happy with it and then repeated the order but what i received was different to last time. Turns out the first time i actually got Beech plywood. Irony is, i actually prefer that, so asked for a replacement because at least one of my orders was incorrect. but i was simply ignored. I will be trying a different company going forwards. I have ordered 4 times from this place, and twice there has been an issue.

Placed on order with quick delivery at extra expense on the 11th August as we needed the product quickly. A week later had to email for information, given other reviews I dont think anything would have been done at this point unless we had mentioned it. Eventually ended up being delivered on the 26th of August nearly two weeks late.
Buried in the terms and conditions are a line about having 30 days to complete the order.
But offering different types of delivery service for something that clearly cant, and isn't met judging by other reviews, is deceitful and misleading.
The quality of the product was fine but the wait times and lack of communication are enough to make me shop elsewhere when completing future projects.

Only half my shipment turned up and despite 2 emails and 4 messages asking for a callback ( no one answers the phone) I have had no callback.

Ordered on a Tuesday - expecting express delivery to deliver on Friday. Now told it should be Tuesday. Why pay for express delivery when that is not the case?
Spoke to customer service who was not interested.

Ordered some marine ply sheets cut to size, and paid for express delivery.
Several days later, the wood had still not been shipped, and I complained and got a refund of my express shipping fee.
When the wood finally arrived, the ply sheets had strips of double-sided adhesive tape placed across them, with the backing paper still attached.
When I tried to peel the tape off, it left a sticky residue, that was almost impossible to sand away. As a result, I was not able to stain the wood as intended, but had to paint it to conceal the glue.
Wood sheets offered to send me replacements free of charge, but as I was running short of time, as result of the late delivery, and I couldn't be certain the replacements would be any better, I reluctantly accepted a partial refund of £50, which was substantially less than it would have cost them to send replacements, and didn't cover my time and effort spent trying to clean up the sheets.
There are cheaper and better companies on-line, I'd not use this one again.

Horrendous customer service.
Told my order would be with me the end of last week, now they say the end of this week and considering it hasn’t even been dispatched I highly doubt it’ll be with me even by the end of next week. Everytime I call I get told it’s been “escalated” and that is to absolutely no avail. Was told I would be called back today and am not remotely surprised no one has bothered. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I am not convinced if they ever turn up they’ll be of good quality.
I will be filing for a chargeback as I am so fed up with this company, the back and forth and the dreadful customer service.
