Packaged in a way that it’s nigh on impossible to open and check the product on receiving, the courier would not wait that long. And that seems to be their only way of accepting damaged goods feedback. Return. It don’t accept it. Pretty manipulative way of working.

The one shelf I received had dried glue on it and very tiny chips on the edging. I did mention this when asking for a quote for another product but received no reply. It wasn’t bad enough damage for me to go through the huge trouble of repackaging the shelf and sending it back but I would have liked to be acknowledged for the damage.

Not as good as it should have been in many ways.

Broken product and poor customer service.

I ordered three MDF shelves for £230. Two were fine, but one was damaged. I rang to ask for a refund or replacement, the person on the phone basically said that the shelf being broken wasn't a big deal and would refund at most £10-£30 of the £76 I spent on the shelf. The individual on the phone was fairly patronising and rude. The "50% discount" offer, which was sent via email after the call, wasn’t 1/6 of purchase price, so not 50% off the broken shelf.

I was initially told a replacement would arrive on Monday, this has now been delayed to a "future date".

I was informed on Sunday afternoon that the broken shelf would be picked up on Monday from 9 am and that I would need to have printed a label. After I responded saying that as this was not previously mentioned and I would not have access to a printer with this little notice, I was informed that a label would not in fact need to be printed. This was not the case.

I fully appreciate that these sorts of breakages happen, but I'm confused about why the customer service has been so unhelpful and difficult. Particularly at this price point and with me likely being a potential many times repeat customer.

Good communications throughout the making and delivery process, good price, shelves cut very accurately, very well packaged in delivery, melamine faced panels look like authentic wood.

A cupboard that used to house the boiler now has a new life

very poor service and communication, delivered a damaged shelf and promised to sort it out, 2weeks later they haven't replaced it and ignore my contact.

Great service and good quality. They even called me to let me know the shelves were going a be delivered a little bit longer than estimated and if I was ok with that. So instead of arriving after 2 weeks they arrived 3 weeks later, which was completely fine. Really happy with my shelves and the good customer service

Really pleased with my shelves which were a special order with plywood stripe effect edging to match my existing shelves. The new shelves look great, match the originals, and are cut exactly to size. Good and responsive communication from this company.

I received excellent service from this company. The price was reasonable, the website was easy to use, I was kept informed of progress with my order, the shelf arrived on time securely wrapped, and is of excellent quality and exactly as I had ordered it.

I've made a pantry cupboard out of our old integrated fridge/freezer space. Nothing in this house is perpendicular so the new shelves had to be keenly measured. The order arrived correct to the millimetre and each shelf has slotted into place with just a gentle shove. I also ordered a new cupboard door with specific hinge placement instructions. Again, not a problem. Mrs I. is very happy and therefore so am I! Highly recommended supplier and I will use again.

Shelves cut and finished exceptionally well and exactly to my spec. Packaging was great and no damage on arrival. The courier let the supplier and me down, but the customer service I received to resolve the issue could not be faulted. Would definitely use again.

Then went along with the order and ordered 11,
Now I'm doing a different project and ordered 5 units without a sample (just told them what i wanted and they sent me a diagram)

I decided to get an extra shelf for my fitted wardrobe that had been installed by previous home owners. I measured and ordered on Tuesday and received the shelf on the Thursday! Superb service! And, more importantly, it is indistinguishable from the existing shelves. Very, very pleased and impressed!

I wanted to create more space in an inbuilt cupboard in my office, after searching around it was clear that Any Size Shelf ticked all the boxes.
I ordered 2 shelves with front and back support battens.
Delivery was much quicker than was first expected.
Delivered on a day I chose and when delivered it was clearly very well packaged.
I did have to plane down the two shelves as the shape of the cupboard was not square, not a fault with the shelves.
I managed to get both installed and I am very pleased with the outcome.

We have found this company online as we were looking for bespoke shelves for our media unit. The communication was great throughout, there was nothing they could not do and after a week we received our perfect shelves. They were spot on and very good quality, at a very good price.
