I found this company when looking for someone who could accurately cut shelves to requirements. In my case, it was for internal cupboard shelves. I can verify that the shelves are indeed very accurately cut and I had no problem fitting them. The delivery was very prompt and the packing was excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

Shelf arrived exactly to spec. Very well packaged for delivery. Took just over 2 weeks from order to delivery, with frequent updates on the order process.

All as per order request and delivered one day ahead of schedule (I paid extra for the 1-2 day dispatch)
Packing is also very secure/comprehensive and they obviously use one the of the better couriers.

Queries were addressed and answered promptly.

Well done to the team and thanks very much.

Will consider using again should the need arise.

Ordered 5 pieces of wood veneer shelf at the weekend. 1 piece was oversize length. Added accessories on the Monday by phone. All items received in my home in Renfrewshire on the Wednesday. I ordered the 2mm edging. Very impressed with the quality of the items I received. Would not go anywhere else based on the quality of the products and the service received.

Awful from start to finish, from placing the order on the 13th of November and eventually receiving them on the 8th of December, with 0 communication.
The brackets you purchase as an extra on top of the shelves are awful, and do not hold in the wall.
From getting home after a weekend away with work and having the parcel outside my house, literally infront of my door, again with 0 communication from the delivery company that they was delivering the parcel.
Please avoid this company, it’s not worth the hassle.

Received my shelf about 3 days ago after waiting 5 weeks for it, what an utter disappointment. Honestly you could of picked It up for free from out of one of the wood bins in b an q. I paid nearly £30 for it an it's honestly not worth £3 they haven't put any strips of laminet on the sides so the actuall board it's self is visible. It's just really really poor quality. I would definitely recommend not buying from them. I have tryed to resolve it with them but there not responding..do yourself a favour and save your money.

Placed order totalling just under £100 on Tuesday 29th September. I selected '48 hour express delivery' at checkout, which is £18. It is now Tuesday 6th October, one week later. I have not received my order. Beyond the confirmation email, I have received no communication to let me know why my order has not been fulfilled. I've emailed them twice and called them today. No response. Apparently the workshop is now shut down until 12th October, and has been since 2nd October. However, that allowed them enough time to dispatch my shelves within the timeframe they advertised on their site, and charged for. Really poor first experience of this company.

Ordered 5 shelves to increase storage in some purpose built furniture installed years ago. Shelves arrived well packaged, the right size and a very good colour match. Delivery took longer than I had hoped but I see the company has now amended its delivery times which is a sensible approach to problems caused by Covid. Good to see a company acknowledging issues and resolving them. When ordering keep an eye on the holiday shutdowns which include some religious holidays over and above Bank Holidays etc,
Would definitely buy from this company again.

Non-existent communications and shelf took two weeks to arrive, BUT

when it did it was perfect - exactly the right dimension, beautifully crafted and well packaged. Even the colour matched our existing wardrobe perfectly.

We’ve placed two seperate orders with this company, once an order with outsized dimensions. In both cases the shelves arrived in excellent condition and to our measurement spec, packed securely with batons and carton around the shelves. For the outsized measures the team were quick to turn around a quote. The quality is excellent too and we cannot rate this company enough. Well done and although I think we’re done for now with our diy projects, we will definitely come back in the future and recommend you where we can! Thank you

I have just ordered 10 shelves and needed them to be well finished and accurately cut as I had allowed 2mm error in my measurements. They came within 1mm of the size I wanted which was perfect. From placing the order one afternoon I received the goods within 3 days exceptionally well packaged. Would recommend this firm to anyone.

The order didnt arrive after three days (in the confirmation email they state next day delivery), i have tried to call them today at different times and no one answered the phone, they are not responding emails. Pity because before buying they were helpful and fast replying to some queries I had regarding the items I finally purchased.

Excellent company, made six shelves for my larder to the exact size and specification. Had looked everywhere for shelves to fit and then found these guys, perfect. Can highly recommend, fast service and reasonably priced.
