Excellent quality in terms of manufacture and accuracy of measurement.

I had to re shelf a cupboard in our kitchen after the old boiler was removed. Found this A.S.Shelf site. Easy to order website, good communications from them. The courier proof packed goods arrived, well inside the delivery slot and they were perfect. Quick bit of profiling and the cupboard is restored.

Ordered three samples. For £2 each I’d expect a piece of edged 18mm sample to be representative of what I’d get if I purchased a shelf.

What they sent was 2 unedged bits of 6mm chipboard and one piece of broken veneer (not even on the chipboard - just the top layer of laminate!) which wasn’t the colour I ordered because they don’t seem to have one of the surfaces they’re selling in stock.

I’d rather have had a refund or at least the option of a refund if they don’t have what I ordered, but I would expect samples of the quality I got to have been free in the first place.

They’ve also overcharged for the postage and put a stamp for a large letter on a tiny envelope weighing just 65g.

To add to that, i would say that it’s reasonable to wait over a week for an actual shelf but the samples really should be sent out next day and arrive sooner - I waited 9 days for these to arrive and it really wasn’t worth the wait.

Other companies are doing this much better. I’ve had samples for the same price which were quality 18mm edged MDF, delivered the day after they were ordered, from a different supplier.

I highly recommend them! Some rooms in my house have unusual measurements and being able to make custom shelves helped us to maximise the space we have. I will order again very soon!

Purchased 2 shelves one was in good condition the other was badly marked.
The company were not helpful, and refused to send me an other one, wanted me to pay postage again. Sent them pictures of the damaged shelf, they would not budge very unhelpful .
will not be buying from this company again, would not recommend this company to any one, I would go elsewhere. There Greed got in the way, of good customer service. they offered me £3 what was that all about.

Excellent communication every step of the process which went surprisingly quickly. I was emailed when the order was received, processed, dispatched and this was all within 48 hours. Excellent!

We hit a snag with the delivery as the delivery contractor rather lazily left the very heavy package in a ground floor communal space without so much as ringing my buzzer. This was very disappointing as I was incapable of bringing the package up 3 flights of stairs myself. However the customer service at Any Size Shelf was fantastic and I can honestly say they went over and above in order to make this right so that I'd receive the package to my front door as expected. The shelves themselves went in nicely and look great. I'd definitely use the company again.

I am so happy with my shelves. The whole experience was fantastic - really easy to use website, excellent customer service and I couldn't believe how quickly they arrived! They are now up in our kitchen and look tremendous.

Very pleased with the shelves I have ordered as well as the proactive customer support. I ordered the wrong size (because I didn't pay attention to the measurement i.e. metres vs centimetres) and before they approved my order they called me to double-check and thank goodness they did. They weren't after the money, they were interested in making sure I was one of their many happy customers - and I sure am. I will definitely use AnySizeShelf again!

I called the company yesterday morning to check on delivery times for four made to measure shelves along with supports and brackets. I had to pay a little extra for a quicker delivery, which was as I expected. I then ordered the 4x 1400mm shelves along with 3x 1500mm supports and brackets, I ordered these online on their excellent website and they arrived just before lunchtime today from London! The quality of the edged shelving is excellent. I was very impressed with the service and called them back today to thank them for this. I shall most certainly be using them again and will pass their details on to DIY family and friends.

I bought some shelves for an alcove - they arrived promptly and the addition of the batons and rear supports made them quite sturdy once installed.

I found the website very easy to use, and Mr Friedman was also very helpful when I called for further advice, and indeed when he very quickly posted some further items I needed to complete the job I was doing. We ordered three custom sized shelves, using the over-sized shelf quote form on their website.

The shelves were incredibly well packed, so there was very minimal risk of damage in shipping.

They also sent regular email updates on the status of our order, and the delivery was fully tracked.

As the shelves were for a very deep alcove, the dimensions look as if the depth and width should be the other way around, and they called us the day after we asked for a quote to check that we had got the measurements the right way around - which I think is excellent customer service and good attention to detail! I like to think this would help lots of customers avoid possible costly mistakes!

I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This company is totally unprofessional and unethical. I received my shelves and one of the shelves was damaged with chip/dents all over it. I duly sent photos of the damaged item and requested a full refund. I was told that a full refund would not be provided. I am totally shocked by this company and disgusted by their no returns policy. I would stay clear of this company as they provide poor quality and damaged items and then do not offer a full refund!! I don’t generally write poor reviews - but I felt compelled to write this due to the shocking behaviour from this company.

Extremely happy with the service and product! We moved into our house and one of the kitchen cupboard shelves was missing, ordered a replacement through this company and it fits perfectly and looks spot on. Ordered and delivered within a matter of days, packaged very well to avoid damage too which is a great level of care for the product. Highly recommend, many thanks!
