I've chased today, for the 5th time. Still no order, despite it being placed and paid for 19 days ago. Been told 3 times it'll be here soon, only for the next person each time to tell me it's not even been cut yet. Asked to cancel the order but been quoted consumer contract regulations mean I can't... So I've paid almost the same for delivery as I have for the goods, but received neither. Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend.

Ordered some small sizes of their products (which are actually sizes that you can select on their page) as we wanted to see what the products were like before we committed to a bigger order.
It's been over a month with no updates, despite me trying to get in contact several times via phone and email. Today they finally replied to me to say they can't cut the sizes needed. This is something they would have known for a long time and didn't bother to inform me or even offer a refund. This company is awful.

Terrible company, please use anyone else! I messaged and asked for a specific delivery date, this was agreed. When I placed my order I called and I was told they can’t offer specific delivery dates. 6 lengths of cut and edged board took 3 weeks and my contractors couldn’t get on with the project. Communication is non existent and I even threatened to contact Trading Standards. I have been in the furniture business for 35 years and this job for over £200 is and should’ve been a doddle

Pretty much the same as everyone else, they are uncontactable, no one anwsers the phone, they don't reply to emails, tried the whatsapp and no response, trying to cancel an order and nothing. At least I purchased through paypal and can reverse, buyer beware ...
Ordered 4 bespoke shelves, despite reading the reviews, have to say all happy. Arrived well packed and order took just a little over a week. Very pleased with service.
I ordered a painted MDF sheet cut to size and 3 cut to size painted shelves .
Really pleased with the quality of wood and paint with accurate cuts, perfect for what I wanted !
Although the order did take slightly longer than expected , overall really happy .
I ordered a walnut panel with edge banding on the 19th of August. On the 1st of September after some chasing, it turned up. If I hadn't paid paid £54.71 I would have regarded it as a joke. Unfortunately I had.
The panel was covered in scuff marks and dents like it had been knocking around a dusty warehouse for several years. The edge banding was peeling away in multiple places.
I complained that day and was promised a replacement. This eventually turned up more than a month later. A happy ending? Unfortunately no.
This time the item was so poorly packed that there was significant damage to the edge and particularly the corners. Again the edging was already peeling away when unpacked. Maybe its the the pre aged look!
To cap it all the veneer looks more like oak than the required walnut.
I've asked for my money back and I'll reorder from a different company who hopefully know what they're doing.
I'll update the post when/if I get repaid.
I think in general that is far too easy to post trivial complaints about goods and services online, but in this instance, it is fully deserved.
Be warned.
They did in fact reimburse me. It makes it all the more mysterious that their attempts to make the panels were so bad.
I would advise people to not order here. It is NOT a fast delivery (I was waiting weeks despite paying for express delivery), it's near impossible to get hold of anyone, and when they email back they palm you off with vague information. When I called and FINALLY got hold of someone, they stated they couldn't do anything. It's a JOKE.

I’d give them 0 stars but the system doesn’t allow it. Ordered, but no order confirmation. Had to ring, long wait times on help line.
Paid for 48 hour delivery, didn’t deliver, again no delivery info. Rang they said they’d refund the speedy delivery charge, which they didn’t. Had to ring multiple times as no updates, kept being told it was in packing.
Support then said item was missing, so if they could not find it would get it redone and shipped out same day, but she’d ring me to confirm by lunch. Didn’t ring me and didn’t get order remade.
Had to chase again, told me they’d have it delivered the following week, but again they didnt. Chased again told me system was down and I would be the first person they’d ring when it came back on, but guess what, they didn’t. Had to chase again and told they hadn’t actually done the order.
Cancelled the order but have no faith they’ll pay money back. Glad I paid by credit card so if they don’t pay I can do a charge back. Lie after lie, excuse after excuse. If you are so busy you can’t deliver orders how about stopping people from ordering. I’ve wasted weeks for some bits of wood. Rubbish

After a long wait on hold I spoke with someone who said it hadn't even left the warehouse, this was on 4th day, but almost a week after placing order.
Don't advertise delivery times and take payment accordingly if you cannot meet those targets.

Put an order in on Sept 1st, now Oct 1st, still no sign of my order, I have rung many times to chase progress, just keep being told boards are cut just waiting for edging to be put on, now being told they are expediting the order but still no updates by email as promised, would never use them again, will be asking for my mon eg y back if not resolved by the end of this week
Ordered 2 small bits of birch ply in order to take a bit of pressure off a deadline. First two pieces turn up with patches on both sides despite one side meant to be being clean. The grain orientation was wrong and they had stains. Talked to the office they were happy to sort it, waited for the next delivery which took out another week and when the new ones turned up. Why was I not surprised that they were cut completely the same despite e planning what was needed. That was 21 days ago. I decided it was best to get a re fund as they couldn't tell me when I might actually receive it other than hopefully it'll be in the post in a couple of days!! Wouldn't bother using them if you're thinking about it.
Honestly - if i could give this company zero stars, I would. Firstly, I'm still waiting for my order which should have been delivered 3 days ago as I paid for express delivery.
If you ring their customer service, they just don't answer. I was on hold for more than an hour, at which point I pressed the option to leave my number and get a call back - and it duly hung up on me. All subsequent calls to the customer services have gone unanswered, and an email via the 'Contact Us' section on the website.
I then called the sales team just to try and speak to someone. They have essentially kept trying to fob me off - "I've checked and its being finished now and will be sent out today" - that was 3 days ago, and they said the same yesterday.
When I asked what the point of paying extra for express delivery was, the response was "Yeah we don't guarantee it'll be delivered by the dates said" - then whats the point in it!? What have I paid extra for?
I would ring up again, but I just havent got the energy to be fobbed off with the same excuses again.
I think the customer services doesn't exist, or wont answer, purely because it'll just be full of people asking where there order is based on the other reviews and my experience.
I would never order from here again, and I would strongly advise everyone else not to.
Do avoid. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Customer services promised delivery today - nothing. Success rate on contacting customer services by email or on the phone is about 1 in 10.
Genuinely awful - do yourself a favour and avoid.

Please avoid like the plague. I ordered some Melamine MDF on August 22, 2025. They happened to send the wrong product (Melamine Chipboard). I had made a mistake on the sizing anyway, and as it happens, I liked the finish of the MFC. I re-ordered the MFC. They then sent Melamine MDF instead. At this stage, we have 2/2 orders being incorrect. From that point forward, things just got worse. I raised a case. What a pointless waste of time this was. No one replies, so don't bother. I rang, and rang, and rang. After five weeks, with zero replies to my emails, over 20 calls, and false promises from the customer service representative (whom I feel very sorry for), the replacement finally arrived. I was promised White MFC, as per my second order. I received White Melamine MDF. What a shambles. Utterly abhorrent organisation. Would not recommend even if it were free. What a waste of >£100. 3/3 orders sent incorrectly.
I ordered a small 6mm board (23 x 80cm) and paid £15.43 including delivery. I was disappointed with the quality of the item I received.
Quality Issues:
• Dirty/Stained Material: The board arrived with marks and what appeared to be dirt/stains on the surface (as shown in the images).
• Poor Cutting: The edges were badly and roughly cut, showing significant splintering, which suggests a lack of care or proper equipment. This makes the board difficult to use without substantial extra finishing work.
• Sticky Residue: There was a piece of white, sticky material (perhaps tape or a difficult-to-remove sticker) on the surface that could not be easily peeled off without damaging the wood's surface.
For a small piece of wood costing over £15, I expected a clean, accurately cut, and ready-to-use product. The quality was not acceptable, and I would not order from this company again.
Products arrived accurately cut but damaged in transit. Damaged corners needed extra protection.
They were expensive as was the delivery.
This happens,I sent pictures, on the day and a week later again. No contact . I phoned and left messages. No response.
Very poor service and no communication which is a shame .
I advise no to use this company.
Avoid!
Later Edit: took about 17 days to deliver, but the ordere was delivered.

1* for quality. They are not cheap so you would expect better quality, but no.

Ordered some custom sized floating shelves. Weeks went by with no updates and emails not replied to. Came on here and saw responses to previous complaints where a WhatsApp number is provided.
Contacted that number and was assured they were being prioritised and a delivery date given. Needless to say, they were not delivered. Company is either a scammer or unprofessional. I would advise not using them and giving your business to someone else.
If you do order, make sure you use a credit card or PayPal protection.

Expectations were high .... overall experience pretty poor.
The estimated delivery of a week and a half became over 2 weeks and I had to chase for updates twice during this period.
The received product was rough, chipped, stained and frayed - although the dimensions were correct.
I had to apply some care & works to the sheet prior to usage to make it safe as I felt the hassle I had obtaining delivery would be repeated with a complaint/return.
I've recently placed a second order (2 weeks ago) reluctantly and I've seen no movement on it for over a week. I'll provide a review for that in due course.
Purchase with caution - I'm certain there's better firms out there.
