The tracking on my order didn't and still doesn't work. No one answers the phone when you call and the "leave a message" option didn't work. I raised a ticket and did get a response the next day from Hayley to advise that my order was out for delivery that day but it didn't arrive. I then received an email asking for a review of my experience even though my order is yet to be received! In order to chase my order, I have had to raise another ticket.

Even 1 star is too much - These cowboys and scam artists do nothing but lie to you and deliver false promises - my builder ordered these on the 20th of April for delivery between 24th-28th April - it is now the 16th of May and still no delivery - contacted multiple times (which was a task in itself due to them not answering most of the time) and when you do get through, they keep saying there has been a 'manufacturing delay' or just lie direct to you to say it will be on its way 'soon' - my builder managed to Google the directors name and contact number (Chris) and contacted directly - again, nothing except the generic reassurance to say that item will be 'dispatched soon' - will give you every excuse under the sun to keep your money - contacted yet again yesterday and they now say it's been dispatched but 'stuck in Dewsbury' and should be with us by the 19th May (IF they do arrive then, that's an entire month since ordering... FROM a UK supplier TO a UK address!) - just don't bother - you'd be better off buying from china, or at this stage, making your own from scratch - at least you'd get the item before your toddler graduates from university or before you retire... Pathetic excuse of a company - have never experienced such incompetence in my life. If it's not in stock, just say it on the product page and give a realistic date of delivery instead of lying just to get sales! No idea how this turd of a company is still in business... My guess is that they lure you in with decent prices, reassurance from a UK supplier and what seems like quick delivery dates and just string you along to keep your money - reading from other reviews, unfortunately it seems my hunch is probably correct!

Abysmal customer service, ordered on the 1st May for delivery on the 7th, still no despatch date nearly two weeks later. they don't answer the phone or reply to emails.

"Chris" who has replied to several messages also doesnt answer his phone or provide a callback when a message is left.

Avoid, go somewhere else, rubbish!

Overall a great experience thanks to Hayley in customer service, she went over and beyond to rescue my order many thanks arrived today at 11.30am thanks to your intervention.
Would agree with other comments regarding progress of order. I placed my order on the 11th and delivery confirmed 12th / 13th Paid for express delivery.

Ordered materials on May 10th with express 1 - 2 day delivery. Heard nothing.

Phoned on the 12th as no communication was received. Customer service chased the order. Called again on the 13th as no dispatch email was received, after about 20 minutes, someone eventually answered the phone and chased the order. No follow up after that.

Called again on the 14th, was told one of the item was cut and ready and they were cutting the second one, please call back in the afternoon.
Called in the afternoon still no update on the order or possible dispatch day.

Our order clearly states that the items are needed by Friday 15th, hence we paid for express delivery. If it can't be fulfilled in time, customer should be advised so they have a choice to either wait or cancel, as these are custom orders.

No updates, no promised call back, no dispatch in the timeframe of the delivery we paid for, no way to cancel and no final date when items will be received.
Total shambles. I wish I read reviews before placing order. I could have ordered from other companies offering 5-7days service and the items would arrive earlier that from this company.

Ordered material on May 4th with a 3 - 5 day delivery. Heard nothing.

Phoned earlier in the week and after 30 minutes, someone eventually answered the phone and promised dispatch later that day. Again no contact.

I raised a ticket as they advised to do. That was closed without any response being given.

Again been on the phone over 30 minutes with no one answering.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order with next day delivery and 2 weeks later they still couldn't even give me an estimate of the delivery date. Their customer service email seems to just be an automated response that repeatedly gives me the same reply

Ordered plastic sheeting that had a crack in the corner. Tried to contact the company via phone and form and no response. Went to Trust Pilot to check the one star reviews. Found a mobile number which I rang and got an answer and was told 'Hayley'would call me straight back. Have heard nothing.

The person who took my order knew exactly what I needed he was very helpful when I spoke with him the order came intact packed well and fitted exactly I couldn't have asked for better service

Sheets cut exactly as ordered, very well packaged, well protected. Delivered when they said.

Sadly the same as a lot of people on here. 3 - 5 working days? Try 14 (working days - so over 3 weeks) from ordering to dispatch. But only after emails and calls. It's a shame as I'd given a week's buffer to allow for delays, but Plastic Sheets seemed to take that as a challenge and make sure it took longer.
And the transport they said might take a while? The company they used managed to deliver the next day - and it was Yodel! When you're being outperformed by Yodel, you know there are issues.
I think having the COVID- 19 information at the bottom of your purchase order confirmation email also shows they are potentially running a bit behind on things. It's good to know that in such difficult times (5 years ago) they are prioritising the NHS.

Do not order from this company under any circumstances, I placed an order in the 20th of April, I was told latest that the polycarb sheets would be with me latest 28th, I have been lied to regarding that these products are coming into this company and also when they are getting dispatched, I’ve gone back and forth, I must of rang this company 20 times and have requested a call back from a manager 3 times but nobody has rang me back. I’m sat on a job that I can’t finish due to this incompetent and untrustworthy company and I don’t even think that they even have processed my order.
Chris contact me as a matter of urgency, do not say that you haven’t got my details because I have left voice messages with order number and emailed you.

I can't cancel my order, didn't noticed that the size is in mm, not in cm. To cancel, you're supposed to print a pdf (which doesn't exists anymore, broken link) and send it to an email that doesn't exists anymore.
I've sent a cancelling request to both emails 10 min after (cancel and info), no reply after 2 days and my my order moved to LASER

The product came as ordered and as expected.
Only reason for 4 star I think it takes too long from ordering to delivery.
I accept that my order was “small” but a faster delivery would be a plus.
Would I use them again from this experience yes despite the long delivery time.

I wish I could update this with a positive outcome after receiving a comment from Chris in here, but unfortunately the situation has only got worse.

After being told my full refund would be processed, I only received £15 back of the couple of hundred I spent , with the remaining balance still outstanding.

Following my review on here, I was contacted and told this would be looked into. I then received a phone call confirming my flooring would be delivered on Bank Holiday Monday, despite the order already being cancelled and pending refund

I waited in all day for the delivery, which never arrived.

Nearly 30 days on, I have:
- No product
- No full refund
- Wasted time waiting for a delivery that didn’t show
- Experienced consistently poor communication throughout

This has been an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming experience from start to finish.

I would strongly recommend improving customer service, communication, and internal processes, as this situation should never have escalated to this level.

I still would not recommend.

A very clear and easy to use website. As an older female replacing summerhouse windows myself I easily ordered the correct sizes for my project.
I am very impressed by the quality and accuracy of the cut to size product. Delivery was very prompt and the packaging was incredibly well done to ensure no damage during delivery.
I would definitely recommend these products.and company service.
