great experience ordering a custom bespoke cut to size polycarbonate sheet. perfect fit and high quality

I only wanted a,small white edged piece of mdf to make a small 9xm cupbord in a gap in my kitchen and these guys deliverd exactly what i wanted to the measurments i sent and was sent quickly and dors the job perfectly

Unacceptable. Don’t waste your time or money.

This has been my worst experience. The quality is ZERO. The plywood arrived scratched, with holes, and completely unusable. I requested 60 cm, but they delivered 62 cm — totally wrong and useless for my project.

On top of that, this caused delays in my work and affected my ability to deliver on time.

I am still waiting for my full refund of £97 after all these inconveniences.

Very disappointing service. Avoid.

Slow delivery, damaged product & terrible lack of communication.
I ordered 6 small cut to size plastic sheets on 25th Feb. Having heard nothing, I emailed requesting details of a delivery date on 11th March & received a reply the next day saying they’d prioritise the order. It was finally posted on 19th March & arrived on 21st- damaged. The outer packaging was fine so the damage had not occurred in transit. The protective film over two sheets of the plastic I ordered were scuffed all the way through, and whilst one plastic sheet was not noticeably damaged below the film, there are three very obvious scuff marks on the other which makes it unusable. I emailed them on 22nd March, sending photos of the damage & asking for details of how to obtain a replacement for that one sheet, but heard nothing at all back- ironically other than a request that I review the transaction! I sent another chaser email on 31st March regarding the damage & how to get a replacement, but have still heard nothing at all. I’ve spent £16.99 on 6 small sheets of plastic for a project that I am now unable to complete due to the damage & PlasticSheets.com appear to be stone walling me. I held off reviewing the transaction in the hope this could be resolved & I could at least review saying that there had been some sort of resolution which renewed my faith in them- but sadly it appears that this is not going to be the case.

Update to my review following contact from PlasticSheets.com after original post:

On 6th April I received a WhatsApp message from Chris at PlasticSheets.com in response to my original review, asking how the situation could be resolved. I explained that I was still waiting for a replacement for the damaged sheet.

On 8th April, he said it would be posted that day and that, once it arrived, they would refund my order. It didn’t arrive.

On 19th April, I messaged again to say it still hadn’t arrived. On 20th April, he apologised and said they would post another replacement that day, again reiterating that once it arrived, they would refund my order. Perhaps unsurprisingly, that replacement didn’t arrive either.

On 29th April, I contacted Chris again, asking that he notify me once it had actually been posted rather than when it was going to be posted, and explaining that if it couldn’t arrive within 5 days, I’d like a refund. He replied saying it would be delivered by Yodel the following day and that, once delivered, they would refund 50% of my order.

A full replacement order did arrive the next day (unlike any sign of any full or partial refund). However, the two sheets which were the same size as the damaged one in the original order were bowed in the middle and therefore completely unsuitable for their intended purpose.

Despite all of this, they still managed to send me three further emails asking me to review their service!

I didn’t even bother going back to Chris after all of that, as the customer service at the company would best be described as shambolic, and it has become clear that I’m never going to receive either what I originally ordered in a usable condition or any form of refund.

My only recommendation regarding this company is to stay well clear.

I ordered some Polycarbonate sheets on the 19th of March so they could arrive before the Easter Weekend to allow me to complete a project. Despite me having to keep chasing them to get any information about my order and being told not to worry I will receive it before Good Friday, I did not. The delivery company are now closed over the holiday period and wont reopen until Tuesday the 7th, which is exactly what I wanted to avoid and why I kept chasing them. I am very disappointed with the service this time as I have used them before and didn't have any issues. I will now consider looking elsewhere after being let down.

Really should of read the reviews prior to ordering, ordered on 20th March, had to chase on 30th March, excuses excuses, will get a priority issued they said...........dispatched on 2nd April, thats not a priority turnaround, they have mounting 1 Star reviews. Think twice and read the reviews prior to ordering.

Contacted the twice on the phone which was total waste of my time.
They didn’t even returned my call .Please don’t rely on Customer Service all they keep saying is will contact warehouse and that’s it.
I expect a total refund within the next 3 day or will contact my bank to reclaim monies owed.

This was my first time searching the net for cut to size plastic, i ordered 575x375 x3mm thick 1 piece and 330x312 x3mm 4 pieces, none of the 5 pieces i ordered met my size requirements, i have contacted plastic sheets via the “online ticket system” and supplied photo but as yet i have received no reply.

Good customer service. Order arrived one piece short, easily rectified.
All sheets received accurately cut and well packaged. Will use again.

Easy to order - quick efficient delivery - always kept informed about progress of delivery - made to measure plastic sheets for shed windows. I've measure a sample of the 32 sheets and appear to have been cut accurately in accordance with the measurements supplied

I ordered some perspex sheets to replace the shelf in my resin curing light, the flimsy original had warped beyond recognition!
What I received were cut to my exact requirements and in perfect condition.
Really reasonably priced and very prompt delivery.
As I've never purchased something like this before I was concerned that I would find the website and terminology confusing, I need not have worried, it was very straightforward and had clear images along side the descriptions.
