Good product well packaged

bought 2 sheets on 15/3/26. heard nothing. chased on 29/3, received apology and they would prioritise my order. shipped 6/4, received 7/4… only one sheet in package!!!
emailed 7:4, no reply so called 8/4 no answer, called again 9/4 spoke to nice lady who took details and said it would be sorted.
14/4 received email from them to say my request was approved and i would get tracking details once sent out. chased on 23/4 told “next delivery” was on 29/4 and it would be sent out same day…. today is 30/4 and i’ve heard nothing!!!
I need another 10 or so sheets… i think i’ll be looking for them elsewhere. 7 weeks for 2 bits of plastic is totally unacceptable!

Dreadful service from beginning to end. My melamine sheets took weeks to arrive, then 2 of the 3 pieces were covered in a thick glue that could not be removed. After lengthy discussion (sending photos, emailing, phone never answered) they agreed to replace them within 3-5 working days. Two weeks later, only 1 replacement piece arrived, and again it's wrong (colour on top only, not bottom), so unusable. They appear incapable of completing an order correctly or communicating with their customers. Steer clear.

They delivered cut sheets as ordered, all well packed and on the predicted date

My first ever review-I ordered the 4mm Clear Twin Wall Polycarbonate Sheet online and paid extra for express delivery. However, I received an email stating that the item was out of stock and would cause a delay in delivery. Despite my repeated phone calls and emails, I finally received the goods a month later. If you need your order delivered soon, I strongly advise against using this company.

Great products with multiple availability. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because turn around time for delivery for my orders to reach me is very slow and should be quicker ideally.

I ordered some MDF sheets and they were cut to my specifications and delivered really quickly.
Great price and great service will definitely be using them again.

Truly awful company, had order with them since 18/03/26, as of 21/04/26 no sign of it.
Emailed, and spoken to them countless times, very apologetic promise to get it shipped. Nothing happens, re contact, can’t leave a v mail as their system is full. No response from customer services.
Appalling customer service, total lack of customer care, communications is non existent.
I will be going back to PayPal to resolve.
DONT BUY FROM THEM. They don’t deserve to be in business.

Took around a week with basic delivery but very happy with the product.

Absolutely shocking company and I will avoid in future. After spending £14 on different coloured acrylic samples I placed an order for two 3m acrylic sheet on the 7th April. They didn't delay in taking my £230 for the order! On the 14th April I got an email from Hayley informing the 5mm was out of stock but I could have the 5mm and to let them know. I replied to the email and asked why it had took them a whole 7 days to communicate this with me. I got an immediate response saying to use the ticket number in any correspondence. I was unsure if I my email had been sent so I sent a new email with the ticket number they provided. A few hours later I got a response.........the exact same email apologising for the 5mm being out of stock!
I have just spoken with customer services now on the phone and it was Hayley who answered. I asked her my question that I had emailed. She stated that the email from the stock department was only sent to her on the 14th and she immediately emailed me. I asked why they had left it 7 days and she had no answer. I asked when the 5mm was going to be back in stock and she replied that it had been discontinued!!!
Absolutely shocking service and customer service.
I have cancelled my order and asked for my refund.
I now have to shop again for this and my new kitchen is left unfinished due to their lack of care.

Great product. It's difficult to get single replacement windows without a high cost and after a hard search.
The Plasticsheet company are well priced, quick to supply and the sheets are delivered well protected.
Excellent experience.

The incompetence of this company is breathtaking! I ordered two sheets of polycarbonate cut to size plus one tube of StixAll sealant on 7th October. One month later and the order has still not been fulfilled correctly. Two sheets of polycarbonate cut to the wrong size and no sealant arrived. Kept waiting for an answer on the phone for twenty five minutes - tried to leave a message on their machine - it was full! Received a response to my email which eventually resulted in correctly cut polycarbonate but still no sealant despite having queried this 3 times. Eventually after one month, the sealant has arrived- NOT the one I ordered! No explanation as to why. How can they get so much so wrong?

After a little accident with my original shed window, I ordered a replacement that was cut to size, it arrived in good time and in perfect condition and fitted exactly, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Bought a range of cut plywood with express delivery. There was no confirmation of delivery times and I was ghosted by the business. After asking for a refund, it turned up the next day - 1 week late and missing one of the size sheets I ordered. Still no answer from the business. AVOID.
