Problem with connection, but soon got it sorted by Freya who was absolutely delightful, courteous and professional.

I have transferred from BT to Wessex Internet (WI) as they are the only provider of Full-Fiber in my village and not because BT failed me in any way. I had an overhead line to my property and WI provided an overhead line with the Fiber, so this precluded any need for digging. The team were friendly and discussed every aspect of the installation with me as they did it. Once complete I had to wait for another man to come along and complete the internal side of the work. This happened 14 days from when I had first agreed to the work. Again, he was friendly and kept me informed of all aspects of the installation and met my requirement for location of furniture and wall access. The WI router replaced the BT router and being a vertical tower, it took up less room than before. I removed the two boosters that I needed for the remote regions in my house, and the new router seems to cope well without the need for boosters. My office room is behind a double wall as it is in an extension to the house outside the old walls, but I still get a good signal. It is only a week since the installation but during that week I have not had any problems with signal strength although I have had a little dropout when streaming a film, but not as bad as before. Overall, I am happy with change, and I am paying less than before, so it appears to be a win-win situation. Time will tell.

Adrian finished the install yesterday on the house side and it went just as expected even with my custom requests of using my own router.
After calling up support and talking with Freya to ask for my PPPoE details there was no questions/delays and she emailed it over right away. 10/10 best experience with a ISP to date.
Been using using my 250mbit connection all day and its remained perfectly stable and getting speeds of just over 250mbit so they overdeliver

Very professional. Took time to explain the procedure and the job was completed extremely efficiently.

Our installer, Palo Palo, came out this morning to hardwire the new router and extender into our house. He gave us a 30 minute before arriving, and was extremely helpful and friendly whilst installing. So far, we are very happy with the services provided by Wessex Internet. Cheers Palo Palo

I needed help as my router had been reset and I couldn't access the internet. I used a web form to explain my problem on Sunday evening. Stephanie from Wessex Internet, phoned me first thing on Monday and she also sent an email with really helpful instructions that enabled me to get back online quickly. I was so relieved, and grateful for the support and service I received. Thank You Stephanie.
