Palo Palo did the final installation, he was very efficient, tidy and friendly. Explained everything very clearly.

Alex responded to my query instantly, something that seems nearly impossible to come by these days. I have also dealt with Rhiannon on several occasions who is very helpful. The service received is superior to anything I’ve seen before!

Ruby and Simba were great, friendly,polite and worked quickly to install our Internet connection in very hot conditions!

I was very disappointed, because i live on family land, they didn't wa t internet.
Went to meeting, was told £49 set up.
But when i inquired about connection i was quoted £250, because i wasnt the property owner.
Well peed off.

This team - Garden Team 3 - did an excellent job. They were very polite and explained everything up front. Then they simply got on with the job, and afterwards showed me all that they had done. They left everything tidy and as it should be. In my book this is exactly how workmanship should be. Thank you very much.

It took ages (9 months) to get the fibre cable from other side of road to house but Harry and Freddy did a great job connected to the pole and Chris too did a great job cabling the ONT box and wireless router n the house.
All very neat work.

Team 3 came this morning (at silly o clock!) (well, 08.00) and worked solidly until 14.30 ish.
The heat was relentless but they just kept going!
I insisted they sat for 10 mins and drank some squash then they were straight back to it!
I am delighted to say they were very polite and considerate.
It was a huge job going to my neighbours house, round our garden.
The boys tried to keep disruption to a minimum. Ground is rock hard!
I am confident when the rain comes the grass will recover.
A thoroughly pleasant pair!

When I had a problem with one of my access points I called support, I was connected to an advisor very quickly. She was knowledgable, friendly and professional and resolved the issue. She even called me the day after to check everything was still working correctly. Kudos on the excellent customer service 👏

We've been customers since December 2025 and broadband and telephone wise it's the best decision we've made. We had promises from the main UK provider for over 8 years to provide full FTTP within 2 years. Wessex Internet went from presenting at our village hall to installation within months. From procurement to fitting the service was excellent. Their staff are second to none, always friendly but professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We've only had 1 non scheduled outage and it was caused by a third party's works. Rectified in 3 hours, not the up to 3 weeks our previous provider took. We also received hourly status updates and emails at the start and end of the issue. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had Garden team 3 out today to lay the cable, they were very friendly and professional, cheers lads.

The total experience with Wessex internet from our first meeting, when they where plotting where the cable was going to go to us signing up, has been nothing but excellent at every stage, other company’s should take note that is how customer service should be.

Garden team 3 did an excellent job on 15 June 2026 in fitting full fibre cabling to our house.
Were polite, efficient and tidy

moved into a new property on the farm estate today and had a slight problem with connection due to old property being on the estate as well , Lucy from customer support handled the problem and made the whole process very easy and it was all sorted in an afternoon
