There were many challenges in installing Internet fibre cables to a church but all the staff involved were professional, diligent and conscientious. I was delighted with all the work and the Internet is now available inside the church.

All the staff at this company have made switching to them a really easy experience. Benn Gatier impressed us with his straightforward and honest approach and the Onboarding team have been great. Both installation appointments were excellent - sadly we didn’t learn any of the ‘Garden’ team’s names but they were brilliant, expertly operating the cable-laying machine and making good afterwards. Chris was our installation engineer and he was extremely friendly and helpful with very clear explanations as to what everything was and how it worked, as well as the process from that point. I’d also like to mention Freya who was superb in helping to set up the online account and the Direct Debit. My thanks to everyone - great service and very much appreciated!

The initial installation of the modem and router by Wessex Internet was done very well. It soon became clear that we needed boosters to maximise the signal through our house. I needed help to connect the boosters to the router and Stephanie was extremely helpful in getting them set up. After they were connected Stephanie made sure to call back a bit later to check everything was working. Excellent service from Wessex and from Stephanie.

From the team laying the cables, to the sales staff on the phone and the installation engineers, everyone was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they're a real credit to the company.

Our installation wasn't the easiest, but the engineers took great care with the work. They laid the cable neatly across our driveway and reinstated the tarmac along the kerb as well as possible, leaving everything looking tidy and well finished.

A great experience from start to finish. Now I'm just looking forward to saying goodbye to BT!

From the initial chat with the sales team to final installation, I can't fault Wessex at all. Very efficient process from the start. The installation guys were knowledgeable and friendly and we now enjoy superfast broadband in our rural location.

It was easy to contact the company and get put through to the right department to help with my query and Will, who explained everything clearly could not have been more helpful. It was just like "old times" when you could make a direct call simply and get the answers that you needed - wonderful!

When our internet connection failed we were told it would take 2 days for an engineer to attend and fix, which in itself is not a bad turnaround time. However, due to the nature of my work I explained to Matt in the Technical Team, that we needed to be back up and running even quicker than that. He immediately understood the reason why I was asking for a faster repair and did everything he could to accommodate the request. Within a few minutes he had called me back to confirm that he had managed to arrange for an engineer to come to us first thing the next day.
Matt was extremely polite, professional and handled the call and situation in an exemplary and intelligent way. A huge thank you to Matt for taking on the challenge and a big thank you to Sambar the Engineer who fixed the fault efficiently!

I can't fault the garden team, the guys and girls in call centre, but a special shout out to Max Baynes, who was the engineer in the house installing the line/internet. Courteous, professional, helpful and keen to solve problems as and when they occurred. Everything sorted in the same visit without needing to come back for endless visits with the wrong parts or whatever it may have been. Credit to him and them all.

Cable layers were brilliant, very tidy, installer was excellent, Stephanie at customer services was also brilliant. literally no problems with the entire operation. Very pleased.

apart from the high speed connection - the customer service is excellent compared to my previous provider. Katt in particular handled all my tech questions very quickly and professionally. Ruby and Simba installed very quickly in terribly hot weather.
If you get installed - check the router's configuration with the installer. I'm also protecting the fibre section outdoors as it is more vulnerable here in the countryside.
Sadly no IPv6 which is the standard in 2020s. But if you are not technically-minded don't worry as I think this team would help you out (and can check you settings remotely!)

Despite the blistering heat this week, Garden Team 2 did a very efficient and tidy job of laying the fibre cable across 50m of garden. Very happy with their work. Would highly recommend.

Wessex Internet has been very helpful throughout. Delayed the installation to coincide with the end of my previous contract. Always kept me informed.
