Had the install last week. The team who did the external work were quick and efficient. They were very friendly and helpful. Chris did the internal install and he was a really nice guy who was happy to follow the instructions on where I need the hub etc.
Time will tell on the support but I have called them twice on customer service related points and they have been helpful and knowlegeable. I am still waiting for the downside but so far I haven't found it.

Fantastic professional service all round. We called Wessex up for a problem we were having Thursday afternoon and Simba the engineer arrived Friday morning. Simba was charming and knowledgeable, super efficient and totally effective, sorting the problem out super fast!
We highly recommend Wessex Internet in every way from our installation around 10 years ago to present day.

Following my request for a second booster it arrived within a few days. I called Wessex to help me set it up and had an instant response from Stephanie who helped with the pairing and connection. She was exceptionally helpful and patient with reassuring updates on the connections. She took the trouble the next morning to check that connections and signals were still good and confirmed this to me by email. Fantastic service. Thank you Stephanie - top marks.

Thank you to Wessex (and Will in particular) for your communication when speeds slow and issues arise. It's the reality of wifi and so being able to speak instantly to reset our configuration and improve the service on a hot Friday was really good. Thank you Will.

Transferred internet to new home, call takers are always so helpful and friendly and couldn’t fault the garden team who laid the cables, checked with me before digging up garden, Adrian installed with no issues, he was friendly professional and did a top job would definitely recommend Wessex internet

Spoke to Stephanie this afternoon about a password problem. She fixed it for me 'on the spot'. I could not be more pleased. Wessex Internet have consistently provided great service, delivered with great patience to a non-techie.

We’re so glad we found Wessex Internet in our village. Everyone there has been exceptional. Catherine whom we have dealt with over the phone and via email has been exceptional. All the guys working for Wessex Internet installing our service were exceptional, very friendly and very helpful. Also the Internet service we now have is great! Writing to express my disappointment with the tone and approach taken by Wessex Internet during these wayleave negotiations. It concerns permanent rights over private land, future access, and the principle of fair compensation. And we were hit with nasty threats from day one and the tone of these emails are disgusting and embarrassing for a business.

I’m concerned by the statement that the CLA/NFU wayleave framework rate of £3.90/m is considered by Wessex Internet to be a “very significant overvaluation.” The CLA/NFU framework exists to provide fair and recognised standards for rural land access, and dismissing it in this way is both disappointing and disrespectful to landowners.

We do not appreciate being pressured into signing agreements under threat of legal escalation simply for seeking compensation in line with recognised industry guidance. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY

There were many challenges in installing Internet fibre cables to a church but all the staff involved were professional, diligent and conscientious. I was delighted with all the work and the Internet is now available inside the church.
