I am most impressed with the call helpers diligence in helping me sort out a rather tense switch over from EE (which seem to be the only provider creating hoops to jump through).
My handler, Stephanie, kept me informed, went the further mile by giving me curtesy calls as to progress and cheerfully and efficiently brought the matter to a satisfactory resolve. Further she helped sort out booster WiFi signal and ensured everything was satisfactory for me.
The attention and positive detailed help I was given makes me feel confident Wessex Internet will be there for me. Thank you Team.

Excellent installation and performance now installed and in use. Only downside I had a friend's code which I had mentioned to the person who was dealing with my application but he didn't tell me I had to activate the code before I signed my application so missed out on 3 months free usage.

Thanks Garden Team3 for getting the job completed so as not to delay the activation.. Managed to locate the buried coil, dig it up and plough to the cabinet…

Had a problem with incoming calls which was quickly resolved by Will. He explained clearly what I had to do at our end of the line and assured me I would not turn off our internet connection whilst my daughter was working on line.
Call back to make sure everything was ok was prompt.

Appreciation for Garden Team 3 for thoughtful and efficient cable installation, all left tidy at the end of the job.

I called today and spoke with Rhiannon in customer services requesting help with a Nokia Booster, which was not performing. Rhiannon recognised the problem immediately and sent me a set of instructions on how to reset the booster. I was up and running within 45 minutes.

The team were superb. We could not believe how quickly and neatly the job was done. Best team in the business.

It was so refreshing that when we had a connection problem (it was actually our fault for wrongly plugging it in initially!) that Will talked me through it till we found the problem last Friday but then called me first thing today - Monday - to check everything was still working ok - he was brilliant & the service second to none

I was wary about using Wessex Internet as I didn’t know them but when I moved no one could give me any good broadband except them. So I contacted them on a weekend. They came back to me about 2 hours later, explained everything yet exerted no pressure. My move dates kept moving out, it was never a problem. They arranged to lay the pipes when I got the keys, laid the line through the front garden, you could not even see where it was put in when they’d finished! Two days later a great lad came to connect it up, he put the box exactly where I asked. Unfortunately it didn’t work, he spent ages trying to fix it and he explained everything to me. That was the Thursday before the bank holiday. Friday morning I panicked (as I work from home) and emailed at 07.00 asking for next steps. Didn’t need to as at 08.00 the issue was fixed and by the afternoon it was working. What a phenomenal service and to date the connection is excellent. Cannot praise them enough!

We had the A+++ Team aka Garden Team 3 visit today to bring fibre across our garden. They completed the task quickly and carefully. You wouldn’t know they had been here so neat is their work. Not only that but they were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you.

My wifi extender did not connect to the router but after a call with customer services, who talked me through the whole reboot etc, it worked.
