I’d like to say a huge thank you to the Wessex Internet Team 5, who came to my home today. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish — incredibly professional, helpful, polite and friendly.

They took great care, explained everything clearly and were so considerate throughout. It was a real pleasure having them here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

After National Grid ripped out all our fibre optic cables we were left with no internet and no phones our home was “blind” you don’t realise how much everything relies on internet connectivity until it’s gone ! After explaining what had happened to us Wessex Internet were on the case replacing all the damaged cabling which involved a lot of work reconnecting it to several telegraph poles in less than 24 hours and we were back to normal knowing all our security systems were back up and running before leaving for our holiday. Well done Wessex Internet couldn’t wish for a better service provider !

Today was the final phase of us joining the Wessex Internet family when Jimmy, the engineer, visited us to help us make the final telephone connection. Jimmy was on time, kept in contact, smartly dressed but most of all very patient, efficient and explained everything to us making sure we understood all of the technology. The whole of Wessex Internet team from Katie in Sales, Lewis in Technical, Gardening team Jack and his mate (sorry didn't get your name), Daniel in Support Services to the two installation engineers (PaloPalo and Jimmy) have been absolutely superb right from the first call and subsequent ones. Would wholly recommend joining the Wessex Internet family if you are thinking of switching. Thank you everyone.

Had team 5 come round to install the external fibre to my property, they were very professional, a good laugh and were very quick and tidy.

Really can’t praise them enough for their hard work and the information they gave about the next steps.

I have been most impressed by Wessex Internet since my installation about 1-2 years ago. However I recently had a query regarding the output of my broadband. This was dealt with by Katt who was prompt, kind and professional throughout. I continue to be impressed by this company.

Garden party arrived last Friday and made a very neat job of burying the cable through our garden, brick walls and paths to the optimum point at the bungalow. They left an extension cable which we ran from that point through the loft and into the office where the ONT and Hub were to be located. Palo Palo came as scheduled today (Tuesday) mounted the ONT on the office wall, neatly routing the cable to plug it in. Then there was the extremely delicate job of joining the two optic cables outside (fascinating to watch). Then it was back to the office spending 10 minutes on his computer for final set up. Showed us a QR Code to scan and we were connected at 250Mbps! All other devices and TVs connected first time so we are about to switch off the old steam driven system. Thanks Wessex Internet

All of my contacts, usually Megan B, have been helpful and patient. I've felt valued, and when it came to installation, both Ashley of the garden team and Ruby bringing the line into the house, were efficient and pleasant. Megan was always happy to deal with my questions, however trivial!

My line speed was low so I raised it with Wessex Internet. The response was quick, Stephanie explained how to test. It took me a while to get round to it but she kept the issue open and called to see how I was getting on. When I tested it turned out to be an issue with my internal network, not Wessex. Good service.

Paleo Palo was my engineer, and he was quick and tidy and helped with the set up . Amazing, thank you

Having just taken on Wessex Telephone for my landline I was experiencing difficulty getting a connection - not even a dialing tone. I am delighted to say that between them Will and Katt sorted me out quickly with good humour and courtesy. Thank you Wessex.
