My line speed was low so I raised it with Wessex Internet. The response was quick, Stephanie explained how to test. It took me a while to get round to it but she kept the issue open and called to see how I was getting on. When I tested it turned out to be an issue with my internal network, not Wessex. Good service.

Paleo Palo was my engineer, and he was quick and tidy and helped with the set up . Amazing, thank you

Having just taken on Wessex Telephone for my landline I was experiencing difficulty getting a connection - not even a dialing tone. I am delighted to say that between them Will and Katt sorted me out quickly with good humour and courtesy. Thank you Wessex.

Excellent customer service after loss of internet connection - due to a mouse chewing a cable, it turned out. Our initial phone call was answered quickly and dealt with very well by the support team, who guided us patiently through checks until we found the damaged cable. A replacement cable arrived the new day and the team followed up to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I’m afraid I’ve forgotten the name of the lady who took the first call, but Daniel in Tech handled the case thereafter. Exemplary service. Thank you.

I was impressed by the professionalism of all members of Garden Team 3, who laid the cable to my house today. They were punctual, cheerful, polite, informative, diligent and hardworking - a credit to Wessex Internet.

The Wessex team have been brilliant from start to finish, I arranged the garden and router installation weeks ahead of my house move to avoid any delays and it ran like clockwork.
Mark, the lead of the garden team, was very helpful and explained everything that they were doing. Wayne was brilliant in laying the main cable to the access point exactly where I wanted it. All areas were made good before their departure.

Jamie arrived as planned two days later and did the fibre installation and set up the router, he was super helpful explaining each of the processes in making the connection and ensured it was neatly arranged and tucked away out of sight.
Connection was seamless and the MB supply was on the money.

All good! Would have preferred more information on time of installation, between 8am & 5pm not great, even an am/pm would be helpful but apart from this very happy with Wessex Internet Service & helpfulness.

The best personal service.The installation was fast ,,helpful and friendly people.The part I had to play was dealt with by Daniel who was very patient and went the extra mile with explaining all to me.It has given me confidence to do more.All the follow up calls have been so easy .The internet signal and reception is the best I have ever had here.

Every stage of the full fiber install went smoothly. Especially the final install, Palopalo was so friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.

After a week of total confusion with all things ‘telecoms’ trying to join mobile and internet into a cheaper package with EE and Wessex l was utterly stressed and overwhelmed by ECT (early contract termination) charges. Consequently I visited the HQ of Wessex Internet to confront the horrendous situation l found myself in. I was offered coffee and waited to be dealt with Maddie, Sales Manager. Very quickly l realised l was dealing with an empathetic human being. Maddie talked me through the ‘telecoms’ world and improved my knowledge and understanding resulting in instant resolution. I am not alone in finding T&Cs a minefield! Clarity and transparency is key in educating the public.

Thank you to the team at Wessex Internet. Despite our installation, in April this year, being complex, everyone involved was supportive, understanding, and, above all, kind. From Nathan and Harry, who did the external cabling, to Ruby, who carried out the internal set up, and then Simba and Jamie, who listened so carefully to the issues arising to ensure our service was effective and appropriate for our needs: they were ALL fabulous representatives of the company and ALL were very polite, professional, and respectful. A job hugely well done! And we are now enjoying fast and efficient coverage!
