What is there not to say about Vines Guilford. From the dirst point of contact to delivery was excellent. Shannon and Jess are exceptional and kept me updated through out the process. Would definetly recommed this dealership and service center for any of your BMW needs. Side note Josey from the Motorad part is awesome as well.

Had a couple of potential warranty issues with my car. Booked into Vines to get them to have a look. Ed looked after me and could not have been more helpful. Everything was sorted without any fuss, clear communications and great coffee (while I waited). Very pleased with the service. Thank you

MOT While you wait
Had to wait for an MOT but completed in two and a half hours so not bad. Included free car check (tyres/brakes etc) and wash and vacuum. Good value.

It was my first service
It was my first service, oil change, since picking up the car from new. Parking wasn't easy to find a space. Maybe needs to be looked at for the future. Staff were pleasant and helpful. As it was only an oil change and i live a distance away i waited. Over 2 hours later the car was ready. Thought it might be quicker. All seemed ok. Invoice doesn't specify exactly what oils were changed which seems odd!? But presume those needing changing were changed. Not much to say really

Serviced my bike in August with service…
Serviced my bike in August with service pack, all good then!
They said to come back for the brake fluid as it was not due yet.
Making the appointment the 15th of October, I asked if this was part of the service pack and they said yes.
Now 2 days before the appointment they said that because my service pack expired in September I have to pay for the brake fluid change! Well done BMW…
Update… after James got involved, Vines BMW confirmed that they will be honouring the brake fluid service and so they did! Thank you James!

An excellent experience
The Service Department kindly accommodated us immediately on arrival so we were able to wait, saving us an 80 minute round trip. The work was carried out to a high standard and the car returned to us looking sparkly after an unexpected wash.
The hospitality while we waited was excellent, bringing us coffee to our seated area, spoiling the dog and even giving him treats.
All round a very friendly and helpful environment. Thank you.

Great team at Vines
Took my BMW to Vines Guildford for a BMW recall issue. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by very friendly, welcoming professional staff. They explained what was going to happen and informed me that they would get it done as quickly as possible then contact me when ready for collection.
After only 2 hours I was contacted to say the vehicle was ready.
When I arrived I was, unexpectedly, given a very thorough Health Check report which highlighted some work that needed to be done.
I also noticed that the vehicle had been cleaned inside and outside, again not expected.
Great service from great people.
