The car came in for its MOT as well as a brake fluid change and air conditioning service. The car ws collected from home in the morning and returned later in the afternoon, having been valeted without charge. I was notified of all charges in advance and the invoice was exactly as quoted. Excellent service all round.

Appalling customer service! Treated my vehicle in a reckless, irresponsible manner, damaging it. To my disbelief, when I brought up this matter to them, I was met with arrogance and dismissal to any accountability or responsibility for their actions. To make matters worse, they audaciously suggested that the vehicle was damaged anyway so it needs to be refurbished. If you want your vehicle handled in a responsible, integral way, do not bring it here!

Booked in a recall with Louis, who got my car booked in within minutes. I initially gave the wrong registration, but this was quickly resolved on the day. Very efficient and polite customer service throughout. Thank you for making the whole experience so smooth!

Disgraceful customer service, they damaged my car and then deny it. if i could upload the dash cam footage on here that i have, you would see how customers cars are being driven and treated. RECKLESSLY!! i will have to upload the footage on youtube to show the truth of there lies. The vines group is a joke, your lies will be uncovered!

If i had a choice, i wouldn’t even give 1 star, They damaged both offside wheels against the kerb, 2 x dash cam files to prove this, despite reporting this straightaway, the sales manager said the damage was already there. vehicle condition report was exaggerated after the drop off, not in front of customer, these people are crooks, active claim in process with lots of evidence including the damaged sloped kerbs they altered the photos of, if they had brains, they would be dangerous. They will do digital contactless condition reports on loan vehicles. Customers cars, they will not witness condition reports in front of you, instead they will only provide an internal paper non digital format version that can be manipulated after the customer has left the dealership. When you report a problem they will ask what the problem is and then fill in the missing blanks before showing you the altered version that they recorded damage that was not there! i expect better from a main dealership.

Nice that the car was clean and the checks made. Nice waiting room and factory recall completed on time. However, you did not pick up the tyre pressure warning on the dash which we do not know how to delete.
We were then bombarded by your Sales Department trying to sell us a new car, when all we came in for was a factory recall! Most unwelcome.

I am concerned by the number of times you contacted us, the repeated promises of callbacks that were not fulfilled, and the lack of clear communication regarding the vehicle you were interested in.

The service receptionist was extremely impolite and as a customer we felt very undervalued and disrespected. Our car was not washed and the interior of our car was left in an unclean state.

From the service booking to completion, the process was very smooth and the staff were informative, helpful and courteous.

Hi, I do not usually give reviews. My experience this time was not really to do with your people but my shock at having the MOT and service come out with a total bill exceeding £3000. i believe that it was all due to a pothole that i had the misfortune to drive through locally some weeks ago.
The NSR tyre suffered worst, i thought, and i had to have a new one the same day.
I am still trying to get the council to contribute towards the cost but they are just intransigent.
The MOT however uncovered further damage to the NSF including shock absorbers and other thrust struts etc. Vines were good at letting me know about the escalating costs as they were discovered but i was still without the car the day before we went on holiday in the car to Cornwall. It drives well again and am interested to see what the council's insurance company have to say. No doubt something like "prove it"!
