Fantastic customer support experience…
Fantastic customer support experience so far. I foolishly managed to place an order without selecting any product type, but was met with a very polite email at time of night that shows clear dedication to the job.
Jack was able to sort out my issue, refund my order immediately and let me know where I went wrong so I could place a new order for the correct item.
