We researched a guest EV charge platform for our airbnb and no monthly fees were the sealing bid.

Was easy to set up and found the swap between guest and personal use just the click of a button.

Before using GuestCharge, we just offered EV charging free to guests because there wasn’t a simple way of charging for it without awkward conversations or chasing payments afterwards.

Since installing it, it’s been completely hassle-free. Guests scan the QR code, pay themselves, and the money just arrives in my bank account a day or so later. I’ve had several charging sessions now and every payment has come through exactly as expected.

The app is easy to use and lets me see each charging session, how much electricity was used and what the guest paid. I also suggested having different day and night charging rates and, to my surprise, that feature appeared a few days later. It’s nice to see a company that actually listens to feedback.

Overall, it’s just taken away one more thing to think about when hosting. It does exactly what I wanted it to do, and I’ve been really pleased with it.

As a single holiday letter, I can't recommend GuestCharge highly enough. The set up process is genuinely as simple as the company says. I had tried one of the larger providers first but after hours attempting to get their system to work gave up. I can also vouch for the extraordinary responsiveness of the GuestCharge customer service, as I needed help reversing out of the previous provider before moving to them, and they held my hand through this process completely. I realise they are in an early phase of their business, but if you are holiday letting your own property, I would not look anywhere else.
