I bought 2 tickets for middle section but i ended sitting almost corner section.Map and real sitting was totally different

I had a seat that was completely obstructed and blocked by the sound booth and because the mcg is an oval shape the the field was so far away from the fans you couldn’t even see not even when standing up. It needs to be at a rugby league field instead like Accor stadium that can still fit around 80,000 people

Booking process was good, however, not impressed with my seat when selecting best available. Block 135 couldn't see the big screens, only a small screen half a block away. Not impressed.

I felt that the Harrison was oversold. I paid a lot of money, and to find that the Harrison seemed to have 50 or more too many people was a shock.
There were not enough seats for everyone; it was crowded, and when people started drinking too much, especially with the confined space, there were some confrontations that occurred.
I did not like the fact that people in the room moved tables together near the window and then grabbed extra seats from other tables to make a group, which meant people behind could not see out of the windows and some tables only had 1 seat leaving couples to have to share/stand.
At lunch, there was not enough food, and no announcements were made for the start of the next quarter. I think you need to ring a bell or make announcements prior to the game starting again.

I could easily exchange my tickets online for a nrl finals match the customer service was very helpful.

It could just be a tad easier if it was all phone service only as emails can take 2 to 3 days to resolve, phone calls 2 to 3 minutes.

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with . They don’t answer emails , A.I chat gets you nowhere , and they now don’t honour refunds for concerts they change venues for . They don’t deserve to serve Australian’s. We need more competition so these idiot’s can’t treat people forced to use them like fools . I hope I never have to book through them again !!!!

Ed Lawrence D was amazing! He was very quick and efficient in fixing my issue. 5 stars to him!!!

I could not attend. I was COVID positive following a PCR test. My party of 3 adults sadly missed out and had front row seats.

Ticketmaster is a national embarrassment.
Your app, website and all processes are hopelessly unreliable and unpredictable. Clearly your IT technology is cheap and poor quality. If ever there is an alternative 3rd party to use I suggest to others to use it. Any hiccup, of which there are numerous when using Ticketmaster take so much time to resolve. Disgraceful organisation in all respects.

I purchased a ticket for my partner who is a devils member & one for myself, also a member, I then purchased 2 tickets for friends who are not members the next day, as they couldn't access the website, no problem, until we went through the turnstile, they went in 10 minutes before us , all good there, we went through only to discover that our tickets had already been scanned, they were the same tickets! Only for the goodwill of the young lady we were allowed entry!
