Absolutely beautiful, the concert was great and just amazing

It was a great show for both adults and kids. We all enjoyed it a lot!

Easy website to navigate and to purchase tickets. Cheaper than other sites. Had amazing seats. Will go through them again.

An experience not to be missed. The costumes are wonderful, the acts are breathtaking and the Mad Hatter provides a lot of laughs. Alice has the most beautiful voice. Having first seen this in Brisbane I was keen to take my granddaughter, aged 15 to experience this show. She loved it.

I booked the tickets to see My Fair Lady. The musical was fabulous. So glad I went to see it. Ticketmaster was helpful in selecting a great seat. I could see the production & was seated in the middle of the row. A few days before the show, Ticketmaster sent me a reminder, which was helpful. The booking process was quick & easy to achieve

The only downside was that there wasn’t any big screens up next to the stage to be able to see the band better, everything else was great and it’s a great venue for concerts, just a shame about no visual aids for people who can’t see well and got pretty good seats just not right next to the stage

I tried to cancel my ticket, but it was too hard for Harx Gor. Ticketmaster will never again get a ticket to a game not in my lifetime

The dancers, the music, the scenes and lighting. Truly fantastic! Staff onsite were also lovely and attentive.

Bought tickets for a show. The show was rescheduled, so was offered, and accepted a refund. Was told I'd receive in 5-10 days. Still not received a month later. No direct contact number, so have had numerous unsuccessful "chats". Beyond unacceptable customer service.

I bought tickets to the rugby game. Then I had an accident and had surgery so messaged to get changed due to the fact that I was on crutches. The tickets were changed to isle seats. However they were right up the top of the stand so in appropriate for someone on crutches. I managed it just, but had I been less agile or older or not as good on my crutches it would of actually been dangerous. I have a picture to show how inappropriate the seats were.

We attended Dom Dolla on Thursday night and were quite disappointed.
Our first issue was the lack of security when finding our seat. Due to there being no one on the door checking tickets, we ended up with a group who were highly intoxicated and caused quite a disturbance to my friend and i and others around us.
Also, on our side of the stadium it seemed that the speakers cut out. Looking past the annoyance of this, there was no recognition of the malfunction, causing people around us to start to leave and the sound was terrible.
Once the speakers came back on, the sound was then off, and sounded out of tune.
As we missed a good chunk of the concert due to the sound system issues, we expected to be contacted in regard to some sort of compensation but are yet to.
Quite disappointed as we travelled 6 hours for this.

Great game ! Quick in and quick out. We had a super fun evening.

Easy to access tickets, smooth process all round

Easy access getting to and from the Optus stadium with access to good seats and the facilities once inside. Staff very helpful.

Service is terrible, no phone number to call. If you buy online you can’t go to a Ticketmaster store. If you join a chat I’d just refers to an email and takes them 3 days to get back to you.

Cirque Alice was absolutely brilliant — one of the best shows we’ve seen! So much fun from start to finish, and the Mad Hatter was definitely our favourite — hilarious and incredibly entertaining!

The acrobats, aerialists, contortionists, dancers and musicians were all exceptionally talented. Amazing energy, spectacular performances and non-stop entertainment\. We loved every minute of it. A definite 5 star show!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
