Well we are Newcastle Knights Members/Supporters the atmosphere was great. The only negative which couldn’t be helped was the rain so we enjoyed the game against the Panthers and so glad they won their game to go into the Grand Final next week after 25 Years of waiting to play again, when we were there then too. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to secure our Grand Final Tickets on our early membership tickets which we are very disappointed. Overall the game was entertaining and wonderful. ❤️💙

Being unable to print tickets out or just show a barcode at the gate is stupid. Worst system ever being forced to use a stupid app and to just hope there is enough reception for it to work on the day. Game was great.

Mostly good but I tried to transfer a ticket before the game and the SMS didn’t go through to the person I was transferring to so I had to meet up with them and scan them in which wasn’t great

Easy order process, when I went to box office to request printed tickets, the lady was very pleasent and helpful.

When i purchased tickets it show pretty much the whole stadium bar 1 part was open for GA , when we turned up on the day we were made to sit in the east stand only in the blazing hit sun, i suffered heat stroke, my elderly father in law got burnt through his denim Jean's which has now blistered there was not escaping the heat and sun, i feel like this was false advertising as we had planned to sit in the northern stand in shade behind the goals like we do for all matches. It made for a terrible experience on game day .

Easy to purchase and easy to transfer tickets. No problem accessing ticket for entry. Love the reminders. Very good process overall

It was ridiculous to have a football game in the middle of day in September on the Gold Coast and putting everyone in the hot sun. Not allowing anyone to move to the shaded area. The venue sold out of water again. The NRL never thinks about the fans just the supports (rich people) 🙄

The ticketing process to the Wallabies Springboc game was easy and having then tickets in my phone wallet made ground entry simple.

My tickets are not available and all and all numbers are disconnected

I wish Ushers were more vigilant, we sat in front of two women who talked throughout the performance ruining it for ourselves and others close by. I was thanked when I spoke up about it to them, however they became worse and aggressive. This would never have happened at the Opera house.

The show itself was fine, but unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing.

Even after the performance had started, latecomers were continuously allowed to enter and find their seats, which was extremely distracting. Throughout the show, people around us were repeatedly standing up, talking, using their phones and taking photos.

I have attended many theatre performances over the years, and this was honestly one of the worst audience experiences I have had. It significantly affected our ability to enjoy the performance.

I believe staff should give clear reminders before the show begins regarding late entry, phone use, photography, talking and general theatre etiquette. These rules also need to be properly monitored during the performance.

The production itself was fine, but much better audience management is needed to ensure everyone can actually enjoy the show they paid to see.

The whole process from ticket purchase to sitting in the theatre to watch to show was on point. I had friendly reminders about the upcoming performance, keeping me informed of all the details. Ticket download was good, making it easy to access our tickets on the night.
The staff at the venue were very friendly and helpful.

Place was amazing, very organised as far as the admission. The two gentlemen at the pre booked ticket entry were very nice and welcoming .

Good vibe, huge screen was a plus. Good service. Very average food

A devastating experience. I purchased tickets and got sick and couldn't attend. I had purchased 3 tickets and my friends couldn't attend either as I couldn't successfully transfer the tickets. It worked my end but the couldn't access the tickets by email or messagener. We had booked accommodation and so we are out of pocket over $600 because they couldn't access the tickets

For 10 days tried to reschedule or get refund because had to have surgery but Ticketmaster would not accomodate me.

I was unable to attend due to personal reasons and you refused to offer a resale option. So consequently, I did not have a good experience. Disappointing.

The Dracula ballet was a beautiful and unique performance - loved every moment, especially the ghosts! Absolutely magical
