I found Ticketmasters service to be excellent. I received my tickets promptly, they showed me where to store my tickets, to keep them safe & they sent me check in emails before the event to remind me of the start time & where to find my tickets.

The performance was amazing. The ballet was mesmerising especially the ghosts - they looked like they were floating on air. The set and lighting and costumes complemented the story and mood. Well done! But as always, why aren't there more ladies' toilets?

I tried to contact you for 2 days as I can’t update my phone number to transfer my ticket.. no reply yet! Useless customer service you provide

We booked the fan tickets with food and drinks. Food was not enough for everyone to start. We didn’t get in until 6.50pm

This company is not only horrible to deal with but they tell lies. They say my vpn jhas encounted activity that was against their terms and conditions however, WE DONT HAVE A VPN. Rudest and most incompetent company ive ever encountered. And that says a lot. I only created my account two days ago and havent even booked anything. Dumb aernt they?

One entry point to GA made it a nightmare to move around the arena. Sound went out for half an hour which ruined the experience

We were told that we were not eligible for our extras like a program, and refreshments. We had paid for them with our tickets.

During the members pre-sale I was constantly getting seats up in the nosebleed areas, directly behind the goal posts or stands that I do not like as I cannot see the big screen, After 2 hours+ since the 1000 mark I gave up. However, I managed to purchase in the Public sale seats in my regular bay. Why didn't they come up during the members sale? Furthermore during the members sale, I got kicked off Ticketmaster about 3 times .

Easy to purchase tickets, however, the 2x mobile tickets for the Davis Cup at Qld Tennis Centre Tennyson, Brisbane did not arrive into my email until the morning of the Saturday 19th September 2026 match and same for Sunday 20th September 2026. This is too late and I was worried about whether my friend and I could get into the centre to view the matches. Also, on Saturday 19th the buses from the centre to Boggo Road train station were organised and came, however, on the Sunday 20th, NO buses were organised and NO buses arrived. There were about 100 people waiting 40 mins not knowing what was going on. Many of the people had walking sticks or were unable to walk the distance from the tennis centre to Yerrongpilly Bus Stop.

The majority of singers were very good & had strong, powerful voices. The many various costumes were extraordinary & very creative. I thoroughly enjoyed the performers & entertainment.

I booked our tickets back in June this year for a September performance. Easy booking process and great reminders. Staff were friendly and helpful. The venue was great. We saw the original SPAMALOT years ago and thought we should see the new one. It did not disappoint. Great performances, lots of energy, plenty of bellyaching laughs, enough changes and tweaks to the original to bring it more relevant to today’s world. Thoroughly recommend the show. We saw the last of the preview shows before it premiered the next day.

It was great but it would have been better if the photographers in the front have their designated area because they block the view of the one paying the front and center ticket, that’s not very fair…no point in getting that ticket next time
