Was a great show however felt it inappropriate that VIPs that spent $650 for a ticket had to be there in between three and 4 o’clock and only got told two days before. Then that means you are there from 330 till 10 at night makes it a very long day with no pass outs. Surely it could be changed to make it a bit more convenient for the people that spent the most money.. then we got to go on stage for three songs and they had to be the worst three songs of the whole night. Surely they could’ve put us up there when a good song came on..

Great concert, shindown and bush rocked the stage

The Missy Higgins concert was absolutely excellent. However the alcohol prices were off the scale. A 1/2 cup of chardonnay $16:50. The organisers should be ashamed.

Securing finals tickets this year turned into an unexpectedly stressful ordeal. As a long-term member who invests a significant amount each season, I naturally hoped that entering my membership barcode would provide access to reasonably located seats rather than options at the very top of the stadium.

The process itself was incredibly frustrating. I had to change my seat selection four separate times, only to then be logged out and forced to start again. After multiple attempts and repeated setbacks, I was fortunate enough to secure acceptable seats on my fifth and sixth tries for both finals. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory—particularly for the first final—the experience felt far more difficult and exhausting than it should have been for loyal members.

Easy to purchase tickets and the event seemed well organised. Not a bad venue but only easy to see the stage from some areas.

Aaron was excellent but was on stage for less than an hour? We often see comedians who perform for longer. Also he had a support act which we were unaware of and was not impressed y and resented paying for him! Also our ticket and information said the show started at 7 but did not start until 8. We had to cut our dinner short to get there on time and pay a premium for parking because we thought we were under a time restriction? Not impressed by lack of accurate and informative information and short performance.

The entire cast were outstanding. Having been a Monty Python fan for many many years, a lot of the scenes are predictable, but no less fun. Awesome costumes, too. Such a great night

Ticketmaster is ridiculously difficult to use. Why can't we print our tickets or use screen capture? I have decided against going to an event because of Ticketmaster.

Have to log in so many times just to transfer a ticket… plus the tickets never got to the recipient after 4 hrs , so I had to cancel the transfer and wait for them to arrive so we could all go in together…

Using your site for SCG tickets is very ill conceived, why is there not a way to select which stand you would like to sit in as a first choice, this seems very onerous for the user & a great lack of choice to rely on a BOT
