There was no advice that Swans Prelim Final ticket purchasers at 10am, could go into a “waiting room” 30 minutes before tickets went on sale. In entering your ticketing site at 9.55am I found I was 5,800+ in the queue.
I didn’t know I had to have the exact postal address for my credit card, which seemed unnecessary. I was delayed, and bumped off your site and had to reapply a second time for tickets. I eventually was able to purchase 2 tickets. An email was eventually sent to me on the morning of the match with a link to the tickets.

Such good seats at the SCG to watch the Dockers & Sydney Swans on Friday night. Loved every minute of the game & the SCG s such a great ground. We found it so easy to get to the ground & home again.

Allow members to chose their tickets, absolutely disgusting how this process was handled. Non members through the public sale could. Nothing short of extortion

Not so much a gripe with Ticketmaster but a gripe with the Night at the Barracks organisers.
They showed the event as 'Sold Out' weeks before the event but there were lots of resell tickets. I can only assume that many resell tickets were not sold as they advertised the show as ' Sold Out'

Other issues
No additional mobile phone capacity put on for the large crowd. Had no mobile coverage (with Telstra) as I can only assume the mobile tower for the area was maxxed out with so many people. They need to bring in the portable mobile towers to take on the extra capacity like they do for sporting events where there is a large increase in patrons. I could not check the ferry timetable at a time when there was reduced services due to industrial action.
Seating arrangement was terrible. Could not see anything as people were standing in the aisles and in front.
Sound quality was below average,
Certainly won't be attending next year.

Macy shared a Sense of Humour with the Audience like the Old Blokes in the Muppet Show
She Sang in her unique style
And bought the Show to an Interesting Experience

Excellent, great fun, amazing after on 13 days of rehearsals!

Let members in the presale select their seats. People do all the right things, enter the waiting room, join the queue and the the system throws up terrible seats multiple times. After three tries to get better seats it kicks you out and makes you rejoin the queue. It’s a joke.

The Ticketmaster Representative (Fregielyn P ) went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve a problematic ticketing situation. .The issue was resolved in a timely and ultra professional manner with the outcome much more than was expected. His desire to reach a successful outcome was aided by his great communication skills. I much appreciate his efforts to reach a successful outcome, The whole experience was unreal and most satisfying

Every single cast member were exceptionally multi-talented in all aspects, but the Lady of the Lake stole the show with her miraculous voice. Who knew Steven Curry had such a great voice too? l liked the Monty Python clips pre-show. It was a great, up-lifting night out, and the audience enjoyed the sing-along.

Booking was easy, ticket access was simple. Very happy with the service.

The way the team handled my refund request was professional. Easy to say no, but they said yes and accommodated my request, due to a personal family issue. Thank you.
