Absolutely fantastic show, even from all the way at the back, could hear and see pretty much everything.

Only complaint I have is that I wish the capital theatre would have set school excursion days so not to disturb the public.

The Lion King was absolutely fantastic from the beginning to the end. Our seats were perfect & it was wonderful to get the email from you about the parking in Haymarket for $12.00.

The app map displayed an incorrect location, causing us to miss the first 40 minutes and forcing us to wait outside until the breaks.til show break times

I bought tickets in section I did not want. I thought I could swap them on the app. I was disappointed I could not. I had to deal with a team through email. My issue was dealt with quickly and resolved to my full satisfaction. I thank the team whole heartedly for fixing my error.

Maxine responded to my query in an incredibly prompt manner. She also provided me with exactly what I asked for and I did not have to repeat my enquiry as I often have to do with other online customer service providers.

Easy to use, to book and find the tickets when needed

It was an amazing event - loved it. It was so much fun. The organisation and the amount of details applied to the event was great! We loved it and would recommend to others. Looking forward attending the next round next year.

Easy purchase convenient use of tickets. Easy access to venue generally overall stress free experience. Venue times and general information messaging sent the day before. Concert was awesome

Fantastic assistance the staff were so friendly and helpful made everything much easier as older people we had a. bit of a struggle walking up hills to get to the venue but it will be better next time now I know the venue and surrounding area. There were also train strikes and limited buses so we had to drive and prk Fantatic concert

Great Theatre, Great Company, Great show. Booking etc is fine although I would prefer to be able to use printed tickets being a senior and having an old phone!

We couldn't fault anything, from sound, lighting and everyone involved, it was excellent 👍👍👍

After reading reviews, was pleasantly surprised to receive a refund for unused tickets I pursued a refund on.

Hats off to the NRL for understanding the double booking predicament I was in.

There is no logical reason why members cannot buy tickets for their season seat. Harbour Masters first, Priority 1 next then Priority 2 any left over seats General public. Seats for game vs Hawks was ridiculous. Corridors so packed, not moving, almost dangerous. All because no one knows where the allocated seat is.

Loved the band, loved the orchestra, loved the venue.
