First time booking final tickets, normally left up to my daughter, however, the stress I was feeling went away once I started the process. So great experience after all even when encountering a couple of hiccups along the way

Ticketmaster seats were OK. Just a lot of steps for me to manage with my walking stick. However it was a good game and the Brisbane Lions again triumphed.

I have supported the LA Rams for over 50 years and it was awesome to see them live in Australia. The event was well organised and I really loved to set up at the MCG. The security screening and ticket scanning before getting to the ground gates was awesome. A great experience.

The site threw me off many times when it was my turn next. So frustrating and really not good enough. We spoke to many people at the game who had the same experience. I found it very traumatic and was panicking because I thought I would miss out getting tickets, especially when I kept re registering, getting to my turn and it would just drop out.

A complete failure from day one. 11 months and 2 weeks it took for my first correspondence from you. And that was instigated by me. Then when you finally messaged me with info you didnt have the brain power to realise I was a VIP ticket holder. So you told me to line up at 5pm. I luckily got a text by Electric callboy so I knew thanks to them that I go in at 4pm and collect my merch bag and get access an hr early. You failed every enquiry I made and blamed not having info. Its your job to make sure your customers have info when they request it. You took the cash and pushed us all aside and forgot. I know of atleast 20 I spoke to at the event that where only ontime thanks to electric callboys text.Some still haven't gotten a message from you. You owe many a partial refund but that won't happen. But for thousands. I think they won't be using you ever again. We have already shared other ticket companies that were involved.

Great experience so easy to get tickets only sharing could be better

Ticketing was mobile and easy. The concert was awesome. It was a great 50th anniversary concert at the Tivoli from The Damned and their fun support band The Darts.

Got tickets through members presage, no hassles

The riverstage venue was really poor for accessible entry. My partner has a medical condition meaning she can't walk up hills, and the initial solution was to walk up a longer hill to another entry because a dump truck needed to go in behind the stage.
At best this is poor, at worst its disability discrimination.

The game was wonderful , just loved it . Had no trouble with ticket or entry to game. Ticket was brought by another person for me , had no trouble with transfer .

Everything on the day from the moment I arrived at the MCG was near perfect.

The show was 5 star but the seats were not great to sit in, great position but uncomfortable after a short while

Whole Season Feedback, not just last night.
I am a Fremantle Dockers 3 game member and have been for many years. When I purchase my member tickets via your website, your system does not allow me to choose seats from the map, which means we have to sit all over the stadium instead of being able to cg=hoose seats near our friends. We would really appreciate the opportunity to choose our seats as members of the public can.
